☀ Sterling Breeze #1602 (16th floor) is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo featuring a spacious living area with floor to ceiling windows and patio doors leading to your balcony that spans the entire length of your condo. It features amazing ocean views that can be seen from the living room and kitchen that'll make you feel as though you never left the beach! The condo sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. The master has a king bed and ensuite bath. The guest bedroom is also a king and there are twin bunks for the kids. There is a new queen sofa sleeper.

The best spot for a sisters week away! Lots of room, beds were comfortable, the employees were fantastic. All in all it was a fantastic stay! Will book this spot again!

Excellent condo on the beach

The condo was perfect! We’d definitely stay there again. If you have the chance to stay here, do it. The only issue we had was trying to get the parking pass online before our visit. We ended up having to wait until our arrival. Condo staff was excellent and very friendly.

Really nice location. Only downside was it was not the cleanest. Both comforters on the king beds had multiple stains on them. One pillow had blood stains on it. There was something smeared on the wall. The under side of the bunk bed was all torn up and hanging down. With a little love this would be an

Fantastic Beach Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was clean and easy in every aspect. The included beach chairs and umbrella was really convenient and so was parking. The only complaint, which was not really a complaint, was that the couch and seating was not adequate for the size of the condo. The couch is a loveseat size and chairs were not super comfortable. Other than that, absolutely no complaints and we would definitely book again! Adding this condo to our favorites.

Excellent Unit

Unit was very clean, and well appointed/updated. The only issue was the outdoor grill. It was so filthy and covered in soot and grease we had to scrap plans for a couple dinners we planned. Not really a big issue with everything else being perfect.

The condo was exactly as advertised. The property was clean, staff so friendly. The condo was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to get a few more pots/ pans (depending on meal choices, not many options/ limited cookware). Plenty of plates/cups/bowls/ silverware. Elevators worked great and no real issues waiting for them. It was nice having keypad entry and not having to worry about a key. The umbrella/ beach chairs were also wonderful! Great location with walking distance to pier park and great restaurants. Also close to the pier which was nice. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Beautiful location but not clean.

The condo itself is nicely decorated and the building and staff are super nice. This condo is not clean at all and apparently I'm not the first one to experience this. Dust everywhere, oven super dirty, hair in tub and mildew in grout lines. For the cleaning fee I would expect this condo to be clean but it wasn't. I would not stay at 1602 again but I will certainly look for another condo in this building for my next stay.

Beautiful Condo

Probably in the top 2 of the best interior design of any condo I’ve stayed in. Decor was beautiful (modern and classy). Our 7 yr old loved the bunks. Balcony was great, location was fantastic, owners were great, easy to contact, very prompt on questions. My only issues were no pool towels. It’s the first year I didn’t bring any because every condo we have stayed in provided those. So we had to go buy some. And the shower had mold, not so much in the second master, but quite a bit in the master shower. I’m pretty picky about that. Otherwise gorgeous place.
