1 bedroom apartment with a very nice location. Surrounded by lots of convenience stores and restaurants. Few minutes walk to Hondori Shopping District. Clean linens, towels and toiletries are provided. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and dinnerware. Washing machine w/ laundry detergent. Bath and toilet are separate. Smart lock is installed provide safety and security while you are out enjoying the city.

Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out.

The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the building. You have an access to entire space. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay.

Friendly neighborhood, restaurants, shopping area, coffee shop and convenience store are around the area.
Few minutes walk to Hondori and PARCO Shopping Mall.

Getting Around:
15 mins via tram from Hiroshima Station to Kanayamacho Station.
3 minutes walk from nearest tram station.

Other Things to Note:
The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
