Villa Amandara is one of the most stunning and desirable villas in St. Martin. This estate offers world-class views from all 5 bedrooms and its many communal spaces. You won’t need anything else once you see the villa's private Bali massage house with a carved stone Balinese tub, bar, and cinema with a window into the pool, as well as a regulation Petanque/Bocce ball court, a volleyball court with a basketball hoop, and a gym. This exceptional villa sits on 2.5 secluded acres. There is an incredible chef available for bookings, and six days a week of housekeeping and laundry are included with each booking. This estate was featured in a magazine article called "10 Places to Stay Before You Die..” and Villa Amandara lives up to that reputation.



Upon arrival, the gates open and reveal the tropical plants before greeting you to a spacious courtyard with a dazzling, solid glass door entrance revealing breathtaking views. The exterior showcases an infinity pool that mimics the color of the ocean with its turquoise mosaic-lined details. The spacious terrace, with discrete and open spaces, extends the length of the villa. It is filled with private spots and gathering areas for lounging, sunning, and dining. The terrace is a perfect place to watch the ever-changing tropical sky; The true Caribbean dream. There is a little hanging bridge that leads you to the gazebo and is perfect for a massage. The Indonesian river pebbles define the spaces around them along with a beautiful teak pergola that establishes harmony in the terrace. For a quiet escape, a Thai pavilion awaits in the lower garden.



The American-style interior opens to the modern and spacious living room with an airy feel, lined with unique beamed ceilings. This room very quickly resembles a home all thanks to the wonderful wood details, exotic touches of teak and rattan furniture, and its neutral fabrics. The expansive great room seamlessly blends the lounging and dining areas with a beautiful modern kitchen in elegant woods, upscale appliances, and an unforgettable view.



Four bedrooms, two masters, and two smaller rooms are all under one roof. Each room includes a brilliant view, internal access to the room, and serene white decor with gentle pops of color. The en-suite bathrooms exude a beautiful spa-style attitude. The two masters have fabulous outdoor showers and bathtubs open to the sky. The fifth bedroom is a huge apartment on the lower level with an interior and exterior entrance together with a kitchenette and a private terrace. The villa has a large game room on the lower level with a foosball and ping pong table for fun activities. In addition, there is a bar with a window view into the swimming pool.



You are secluded, yet close to amenities with this prime spot. The fabulous restaurants and food purveyors in Porto Cupecoy are a few minutes' drive. You are 8 minutes to the French capital of Marigot, with its shops, restaurants, markets, and galleries, and 10 minutes from the airport. Grand Case and Philipsburg are 30 minutes away. The Location of the villa demonstrates a breathtaking view of the sapphire sea, the green mountains, and Baie Rouge Beach overlooking the edge of Grand Case. This makes the villa the perfect place to stay to gain an authentic experience of the friendly island.

Arrival Transfer (One Vehicle): Airport directly to the villa (up to 10 guests).

Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).

Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person

* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!

The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.

Interaction with Guests:

The pool can be heated in Low Season at an additional cost of $350/week. Upon request.



POOL TEMPERATURE

Private Outdoor Heated Pool (only between Dec 17-Apr 14)



Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature.

As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature,

which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain.

Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.

If guests have a specific temperature they would like the pool set to, please inform

our concierge team prior to arrival, as the pool temperature must be adjusted by our

maintenance team.

Guests are not permitted to change the pool temperature themselves.
