Beachside Cottage. Le Bons Bay. Akaroa

Only 90 minutes from Christchurch you will find "LuLu's place" it is a real old school kiwi bach.
We are a twenty minute drive from Akaroa which has a number of amenities and a short distance from a number of walks if you want to explore the rest of the Peninsula.
Lulus place is situated at 907 Le bons bay road on a nice rustic section full of native birds and vegetation.
The property is a 3 minute walk from the beach and the domain that contains a tennis court, kids play ground, flying fox, basketball hoop and rope swing.
It's a happy place for our family and we hope you can enjoy it as much as we do.
The bach has some old school quirks, but is comfortable and homely.
You have the use of 2 bedrooms both with double beds there is also a pull out couch in the lounge, a seperate bathroom and shower and an open plan lounge/kitchen.
At 60sq metres it's not the world's biggest but its dry and cosy.
There is a few mod cons like wifi and a smart TV. But mainly it's about being close to the beach and enjoying one of Banks Peninsulas best bays in a beautiful setting.
It can be cold at nights and heaters are provided. In winter we suggest bringing an extra blanket if you feel the cold it can get a bit chilly.
We provide clean sheets, pillows and duvets on the beds. Also bath mats and kitchen cloths.
Please provide your own towels.
