Just a ten-minute drive from Forrest and Wonnerup Beaches, this generously designed farmhouse combines tranquillity and style surrounded by nature. The property’s sleek, contemporary exterior opens to an expansive layout, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views of lush paddocks and grazing woolly Highlander cows if you’re lucky.
The generously proportioned living area is a showstopper, with a light-filled open-plan design featuring a double-sided, indoor-outdoor fireplace, stylish furnishings, and a large Smart TV, while a separate media room offers additional space for the kids featuring a PlayStation. Enjoy meals at the timber dining table, which seats eight with ease. The state-of-the-art kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful, with expansive countertops, premium appliances, and a stunning bushland outlook. Reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure a perfectly comfortable stay, no matter the season.
Outdoors, the recessed alfresco space offers an idyllic experience with a dining table by the fireplace and a separate lounge area perfect for starlit evenings. A dedicated fully fenced area provides a safe space for children and pets to run and play. The Highlander Cows are very friendly and can be hand-fed if they are around. Their favourite treats are carrots and bread.
The bedrooms are a retreat in themselves. The spacious primary suite boasts a king-size bed, an ensuite with a walk-in shower, and direct access to an alfresco area, creating a secluded sanctuary for relaxation. On the opposite wing, two air-conditioned bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed and the other with two bunk beds – share a large, elegant bathroom complete with a freestanding bath and step-free shower.
Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace, well-equipped laundry and two undercover parking. A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
The property is run completely off the grid and uses batteries during poor weather and overnight. Please make reasonable efforts to conserve power, in particular, the air-conditioning should be used only as required; running multiple units is not recommended overnight. Power outages may be possible where care is not taken. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire farmhouse to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

A twenty-minute drive brings you to the iconic Busselton Jetty, home to an underwater observatory and breathtaking coastal views. For shopping and entertainment, Busselton town centre offers boutique stores and family-friendly attractions, while the Margaret River region, with its world-class wineries, gourmet food, and surf beaches, is just a scenic drive south.

Incredibly tranquil setting
Beautiful property well laid out with all necessary amenities. The master ensuite door could do with a little love and attention as it was sometimes difficult to close but that did not distract from the wonderful restful time we had.

Busselton Hithergreen
Busselton Hithergreen is relaxing, peaceful and only 10 minutes drive to Busselton. The layout of this modern self-sustaining house is perfect with a large central living area in the middle, massive master suit to the left and two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and a well equipped laundry to the right as well as another lounge room with a tv and play station. The office has games galore. The outdoor areas on either side of the living area look out over the paddock housing cows and sheep. Outdoor dining has a BBQ and a gorgeous fire place. The other is an outdoor seating area. The enclosed front garden is perfect for fur babies.

Lovely and relaxing getaway!
Our family had a wonderful stay here! The property provided some staple items which was great and the cleanliness was amazing! (Except the kids bedroom had a few dead spiders and flying bugs right in the corners). We loved the three cows that live next door and would come by to say hello. It was a very relaxing space and we liked having the two living areas as well. The little enclosed frontyard for dogs was so good (although we didn't bring our dog) - it is great knowing this for next holiday.
We called up at midday asking to check in a little earlier and they accommodated this to a 1pm check in. Luckily we did come early as we found the power wasn't turning on properly and kept turning itself off. Called the management company and they rectified the situation immediately sending out the required help and by the time we arrived back again at 5pm we had power and no further issues. Great communication and help. Loved our stay! Thank you!

Beautiful house, great location
The house is huge and very clean, the beds are comfy and were made well. It’s lovely not being near neighbours and just seeing green grass and the friendly cows munching away in the paddock behind the house. The dog yard was well fenced and very big too. The location is great if you want to just relax, and it’s not a far drive to dunsborough. We drove to Wilyabrup region but probably wouldn’t do it every day. Would love to come back.
