It was great! One air conditioner went out and they bent over backwards to make things right even though it was not very hot. We loved the decks and areas to watch the river and the boats. Conveniently located to everything we wanted.

Wonderful property, more wonderful host!

Upon arriving we had the pleasure of meeting one of the homeowners as he was there working to repair some minor storm damage from a previous storm. Very nice guy!Unfortunately the first night we were there a tornado touched down close to the property and put the entire area out of power. We had to relocate but the host and hostess were VERY accommodating during the entire process.The place is beautiful and the view is more so. We cannot wait to go back!

Place was everything we needed well stocked supplies perfect location for us.. will return when able I tried to Email host but she did not return response was not an urgent need at all just wanted to know if the water was wadable in front, and what supplies were in the kitchen I didn't feel need to call her...we were very pleased with the unit

Great place to stay on the river

This place is so quiet and nice. A perfect get away with the River just steps away. Wildlife is abundant allover the area. The studio has everything you need all you have to do is bring your food. I love how everything is so spacious and clean. Minutes from town to grab some groceries to cook out on 1 of 2 grills and multiple patios to sit at. This is my second stay at this property and we will be back next year as there are so many towns close by to visit for unique things to do with the family. From flea markets all over, the Ozark Folk Center, Blanchard Caverns and even Axe Throwing. The owner is so nice.

Ozarks paradise!

We really enjoyed being right on the river and being able to fish right off the bank. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The owners were extremely helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely love to stay here again!
