Extra Person Fee, per guest if guest quantity exceeds 6 (maximum guest limit is 10).
Optional pool heat fee of $20 per night

We ask that you please keep in mind that this is a residential area and there is a strict 10 pm noise ordinance at this residence. Please no added guests who are not already approved on the reservation.

Absolutely No Smoking and No Parties Allowed.

CANCELLATIONS: For any cancellation notification received more than 60 days prior to occupancy; a refund minus a $250 cancellation fee will be issued. If the reservation is canceled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within 30 days of your check-in date.
