This two-bedroom condo at Nick Price Residences puts you right in the middle of everything golfers and families dream about in Playa del Carmen. - Not far from the northern part of 5th Ave where you can bike or walk south (or take a 5-min taxi ride!) to the prime spot of 5th where you'll find cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques & plenty of people-watching!
- Vibrant shopping malls in town like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alégria, & the shops at Calle Corazón with dozens of boutiques, international chains & restaurants

The condo is about 50.9 km/31.6 miles or about a 40-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Itâs best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. Weâd be happy to help! If you come by car, there is a parking space for you at the complex.
For any sightseeing or activity further away and if youâre not coming by car, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by âcolectivoâ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: While guests still have access to the beach within the complex, the Beach Club is currently unavailable for guest use.
If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost â Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights), but to save energy, please keep the AC temperature at 25°C and turn it off each time you leave. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals (28 nights or more), instead, you'll be charged based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out. The rate is proportionate to the number of days stayed.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool area. You may use disposable or plastic glasses.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. Youâll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
