Conveniently located just 25 minutes from Vernon and 35 minutes from West Kelowna, this hidden gem is only 5 minutes away from the picturesque Killiney Beach. With hiking trails right behind the house and the charming La Casa general store just a short drive away, as well as now a new little store at the bottom of our hill with an assortment of goodies.

Adventure and relaxation await at your doorstep. Indulge in the beauty of the surrounding landscape with stunning views of the lake and mountains from the large windows of this spacious open-concept home. Enjoy ample sunlight throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay.

Experience the great outdoors with easy access to crown land for quad biking, dirt biking, or hiking right at your doorstep. Unwind in the evenings around the firepit, following our regulations for a safe and memorable outdoor experience. While the yard is fenced, please be mindful of your pets as wildlife may occasionally visit.

Inside, modern amenities abound with gorgeous countertops and sleek metallic epoxy flooring adding a touch of luxury to the space. The two bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for your stay, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating experience.
