The space
Diamante is a brand new contemporary designed house with an industrial feel. The house is tastefully decorated, featuring polished concrete flooring, polished Milano walls in the bathrooms and a cozy wood fire in the living room. Wood is provided during winter months. A split system air conditioning has been installed in the living area for both heating and cooling. Kick back and relax in the living rooms large daybed window while taking in the view of the courtyard garden.
The modern kitchen features brand new, quality appliances, a large island bench with concrete bench top, and built in dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for making meals and entertaining. As well as a full sized fridge there is a bar fridge, and coffee pod machine. Some pantry staples are provided for guests to use mindfully.
There is also an outside decking with built in BBQ to enjoy.
3 comfortable bedrooms with all linen provided. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a double bunk with single on top. This room has been set up with children in mind but still comfortable for adults, it also includes a second tv.
