Base Camp 490 is a Luxury Mountainside Chalet with a 3,800 square foot floorplan. This Ski-In Ski-Out home has an open living space perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying board games in the evening with family and friends. The kitchen boasts a gourmet kitchen with a Wolf Range, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, granite countertops, and everything you need to make a gourmet dinner after skiing or biking at Winter Park Resort.
With three levels of space, the first level you'll find the garage, entryway, and fourth bedroom with a full bathroom and the bonus sleeping area. The second level includes the living space, kitchen, dining room, and decks in front and back of the townhome. The third level features 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms, the primary suite has a see-through gas fireplace from the soaking tub to the bedroom for a romantic night. The main level of the home has a double-sided, gas fireplace (indoors and outdoors) makes hanging out on the deck or cooking in the high-end kitchen cozy, warm and enjoyable.
This townhome sets the perfect ambiance for your next summer or winter, Winter Park, Colorado vacation! Soak in the 6 person private hot tub on the back deck after cruising the slopes of Winter Park Resort.
You can be on the ski slopes in minutes â it's just a 150-yard walk and some stairs to get to Winter Park's Corridor ski trail. Early season the Corridor ski trail may be closed due to snow conditions. You can take the free shuttle to the resort base. This home is located on the free bus shuttle route to the base village at Winter Park Resort and other destinations. Including two parking spaces - one in the garage and one outside the garage on the heated driveway. Additional parking must be off-site.
