1st Trip to Ft. Walton Beach

This property did not disappoint. It was exactly as described. The check-in process was easy and flawless. But the best part - the view from the living room and balcony. Wow!

Great condo

The condo was great. Very clean. Only complaint I have is the dryer door wouldn’t stay closed. But was able to prop a rod to hold it shut. Would stay here again for sure!

Very clean, but had some issues

The pool was too cold to swim in (we went in October) and the management would NOT turn on the pool heater.

Just a suggestion to the owner, the electric range heating eyes are very unlevel and a problem using, also the living room couch is rather uncomfortable. Other than those two things is a wonderful place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: The unit itself is nice but it was not well cleaned before our stay.Not family friendly with littles as there was not one plastic cup or plate.No hand soap or dish soap. Bring EVERYTHING!We could not use the patio because other tenants were smoking different things from sun up to sun down.

Everything was decorated nicely and we loved having the king bed and 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom. The only thing that was missing was a hair dryer. A lot of the units had one so that is the only thing I’d add.

Family beach getaway

Great location. Plenty of nearby restaurants and a grocery store allowing us to avoid the Destin traffic. Easy beach access. Accommodations were very nice. Plenty of towels! Floors could use a good scrub down but overall the place was clean and well appointed for our needs. Communication with the property manager was awesome! We would stay here again!
