Located in the heart of the MonteLago Village, this 3-bed/3-bath townhome provides ideal access to all Lake Las Vegas has to offer. This spacious unit is perfect for families and multiple couples alike, with large bedrooms, a cozy modern living room, and a fully stocked kitchen.

This beautifully furnished two-story townhome is fully equipped with the latest technology and appliances, ranging from Sonos speakers to high-definition TVs and an in-unit washer and dryer. The second floor boasts a large patio with outdoor seating and a firepit where the whole family can gather, make memories, and enjoy.

This contemporary townhome is nestled near the main pathway in the village, with easy access to the local grocery store, and the nearby fine dining restaurants and specialty shops. It is also just steps away from the water activities located at Lake Las Vegas.

From the townhome, there is easy access to the village on the first floor and the upper level leads straight to the two resort pools. All guests may also use to the Viera Complex amenities which includes the two pools, spa, and fitness center. In addition, there is the option for a parking pass in the nearby parking structure for a refundable fee.

With the Strip about 30 minutes away, Lake Las Vegas has everything for you. Let us help you create some beautiful memories at this modern townhome away from home.

We were in town with our 3 adult children visiting family in Lake Las Vegas. The location was terrific. Close to shops and dining. The patio and upper deck provided great outdoor space to relax and catch up. The townhouse was also spacious and bright.

This is the perfect location. There is a really cute little grocery store 100’ away and the pool is 50’ in the other direction. The kids loved walking down to the ice cream shop. There is a lower balcony with a huge table plus a huge balcony up top with couches for lounging. We plan on coming back for our next vacation.

Excellent location to golf and activities. Host was very good and responsive. Pool was clean and refreshing. The fire pit needed repairs to work and the carpet in the living room should be tossed out. It smelled awful! Sour milk and dirty laundry smell. Other than that everything worked.

Beautiful Place

We loved this location. Raymond was amazing to work with and was available during our stay to answer questions. My husband and I will be coming back, but just the two of us. We loved the quiet, tranquil Italian feel.

We have a wonderful stay in the Townhouse. It was very clean, plenty of towels and cookware. We were literally steps from the Eden market, coffee shop and village stores….on Lake Las Vegas. We were next door to Southshore Country club where our Wedding venue was at. We had a great stay!!

Nothing but great!

We loved our stay! Plenty of space, immaculate, close to the pools and spa, work out room. A walk to grocery and liquor store plus restaurants to sit at and enjoy the marina. Very quiet during the week but a great experience!

Location, Location, Location

Amazing townhouse. Located next to excellent restaurants, shops, nice lake views and walking trails. The townhouse itself is very clean and decorated nicely, Ray was excellent on getting back to us with any questions we had and great details on what we needed to know to check in and out. We will definitely be returning.

Great property, clean and well furnished! Kitchen fully stocked - great outdoor areas both upstairsand down! The firepit wouldn't turn on...we assumed that was intentional. WiFi didn’t work for the first couple of days, which was problematic for us, but otherwise we had a great time in this unit!

Cozy and homey

The unit we end up with was impressive beyond our expectations. We loved the patio with the fire pit. A place where the whole family can enjoy each other’s company in one setting. And it was near the grocery store was a huge plus for us since I’m a senior citizen. Each room has a huge bed. Very roomy and spacious especially the second floor. Will definitely recommend it.

Great for family

We used to live in Lake Las Vegas and it was great to come back and stay with family in this nice 3 bedroom condo. King beds in each bedroom. Easy access to market. Great restaurants in walking distance. My only recommendation is they need to have some dishwashing and clothes washing single use packets. The local grocery only sells large size items.

Very nice unit. Well furnished and clean.

A very nice property. Convenient to everything. Parking is a nightmare because there’s only a few spots available. You have to have access to the garage or you could be towed for illegal parking. Owner said he didn’t think this unit included garage parking but ended up having the parking pass sent to the door. The construction was very bothersome and we weren’t able to sit outdoors from morning until 4:00 pm. Once construction is completed I would consider renting this unit again but only with the promise of a parking transmitter.

However, we always inform our guests about the alternative parking option next to the Viera building, the multi-story parking garage. This garage provides ample parking space for our guests. When we received your request for a parking transponder, we promptly delivered it to you. Regarding your mention of the construction, we apologize for any disturbance it caused during your stay. The construction work in the neighborhood is beyond our control, and we understand how it can be bothersome.
