The location of this property was amazing! A quick walk to the beach and the main strip of shops and restaurants, as well as the pier. The rental company provided enough essentials to get us started, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Girls Vacation

I took my two adult daughters on a girls trip to Tybee and the location of this property was great, just a few stops to the beach. The place was decorated nice and the space and amenities were great as well.

Great location to the beach and ocean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was just like the pictures. We were very pleased with the location and the condo. Everything about it met our expectations. It was very clean, nicely decorated and a perfect spot for our vacation.

Cute Condo and Amazing location!

The condo is decorated so cute and thoughtfully. It was the perfect location with beach access right across the street. My only complaint is that the parking is difficult/tight. Would definitely stay here again!

This location is super close to the beach and shops. It's easy to get any where. Hopefully it doesn't get booked too fast next time we go.

Stay was great except the fact our A/C was broken 4 out of the 5 days we stayed. I thought it would be nice if they offered some type of compensation for us sweating our ass off at night but they didn't. I guess the box fans they brought was enough to satisfy them.

This 2 BR condo was the nicest Vrbo rental we have stayed at to date! Clean, nicely furnished and equipped abs most of all, very comfortable! We were steps from the beach and in walking distance from everything in the area. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Cute condo with eclectic decorations. Fun to look at and appreciate the detail. Very conveniently located to beach and dining. Parking is located directly under the condo which is also a plus. Unfortunately, the guest bathroom had hairs in the shower and on the floor and there was trash behind the trash bin. The floors throughout the condo were dirty, leaving the bottoms of our feet black. The condo needs to be deep cleaned and it will be a 10 out of 10.

The perfect reset

My best friend and I are teachers. We sought a relaxing place to spend spring break. She vacationed in Tybee as a child and suggested TI! #2 was just as described in the vrbo listing. Cozy, colorful and quaint. The check-in process was super easy the property agent called me to inform me the unit was ready early . That was an ease to our minds because of traffic. The only suggestion I have is putting a TV in the second room.

We saw baby cockroaches crawling on the kitchen counter with the lights on and in broad daylight on our first morning there. We called customer service and thankfully they were very responsive. They quickly sent maintenance to spray but told them that we cannot stay knowing there are roaches in the kitchen and who knows where else. They gave us another unit across the street. We did not see any bugs in the other unit. Phew! Otherwise, great location and just steps from the beach. Hopefully, in the future they will do a thorough inspection before opening the unit up for booking. Very thankful though that service was nice and accommodating.

Tybee island condo

This was my first time using VRBO and visiting the area/property. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH AND I WAS VERY THANKFUL FOR IT. The condo was nice and there was a few cleaniness things but nothing too dramtic. I would higly recommend the unit for you. Take note that parking is nice to have 2 spaces under your unit for you to access. However it is a tight fit with the unit above you parking next to you when trying to get in and out. BUT IT IS DOABLE... WE ENJOYED OUR TIME HERE!! In the words of my friend on our trip "THIS IS A FOR REAL TRUE STORY".

Great place, extremely clean

This was a great place to stay. Very close to the beach and many options for food in walking distance. The only problem we had was the people who came the night before we left was extremely noisy, all night long. But other than that, I highly recommend this place!!!!!

Restful!

Check in was easy and quick. We had difficulty getting Wi-Fi the first night but management solved the problem the next day. Condo was well equipped and was centrally located.

Great location near ocean

Loved being so close to the ocean and seeing it from the deck. Condo decor is fantastic - very charming. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed sitting at the high top table. We were disappointed that the beds were queens, not kings as listed. Also, picking up packet from Tybee Beach Rental was an unnecessary hassle, especially after hours.

Kay, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry about the listing's inaccuracy. We work very hard to ensure 100%, but listings are occasionally subject to human and system errors, as explained in our rental agreement. The property listing error you mentioned in the review should now be corrected. The requirement for guests to check-in at our office is a safety and security concern. The process allows us safe monitoring of late arrivals and the opportunity to provide physical documentation of communications should the island suffer any last-minute service outages or mandatory evacuation orders such as those issued by the City of Tybee, CEMA, or GEMA. These incidents occasionally happen, as they did last night when cellular service and ISPs were down. While it may be a bit of an inconvenience, our office is directly in route to all but three of our 190+ units and within three miles of all of them. We greatly appreciate your patronage and feedback, and we will keep working on creating the best possible guest experience.
