The Space:
Welcome to your lakeside haven!

This two-story retreat accommodates up to six guests (or seven with the ottoman bed). Upstairs, indulge in lake views from the master bedroom's queen bed, while a second bedroom offers two singles. Downstairs, another queen bedroom awaits, along with updated bathrooms for your convenience.

Relax in style with quality furnishings, a cozy log fire, and a heat pump ensuring year-round comfort. Stay entertained with free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Whip up culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with laundry facilities for added convenience.

Park your car or store bikes/equipment in the lockable garage, while the secured property and private garden offer peace of mind. Fire up the barbecue for al fresco dining, but please clean it after use for the next guest's enjoyment.

The Neighborhood:
Te Heuheu St runs through the town centre. This house is at one end, with the i-SITE information centre and Super Loo are at the other end.

There are two Foursquare Supermarkets within walking distance of the house and two nearby cafés for your early morning fix. On Sundays you are a short walk away from the local market on the lake front.

If you are coming to one of Taupō’s sporting events, this house is in the perfect location as you can literally walk to the Tongariro North Domain, where most races start and end.

Other Things to Note:
This listing advertises a ‘base’ cleaning fee, which accommodates 1-2 guests. Additional linen and resource is required for larger bookings, so an additional $10 per guest will apply for any bookings of more than 2 guests. We will charge the extra fee separately closer to your check-in date.

When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available. Please enquire (bedding for the cot is not provided). Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep the linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths

Interaction with Guests:
We have a key box and will provide the pin number three days before your check-in date.
