Modern private and quiet apartment, centrally located. Garden and mountain views

Situated in a rural garden setting with mountain views, our modern 3 bedroom apartment is private, quiet and secure. It has an upstairs lounge and kitchen plus large sunny deck with outdoor dining, seating and BBQ. Downstairs has three bedrooms and a bathroom with twin hand basins, a shower and a laundry. A spa pool is adjacent to the master king bedroom. The two other bedrooms have queen and twin beds.
The apartment is light with plenty of ventilation in the summer, and well heated in winter with a heat pump, wall heater upstairs and portable heaters if required. The king, queen and one single bed have electric blankets in winter.
The property entrance leads you to your own sensor-lit carpark at your front door. There is a shelter by the front door suitable for bike, ski or golf club storage during your stay.

Immediately next door are the Maude Wine Tasting Rooms and Bistro Gentil Restaurant.

You will be welcomed with a free starter pack for your hot drinks, and toast and condiments for the morning. Linen including dressing gowns is included in your fee. The apartment has free wifi and you can tune into your Netflix on the smart TV if you want.
Best suited to one or two couples, or family with one or two adult children.

The perfect getaway for a private comfortable and relaxing holiday.

Thank you for your kind words Jacki. We SO enjoyed having you both here. We do love people who are adventurous and you certainly both are. The snow has kept falling since you left and even this week skiers had bluebird days on 40cm of powder snow on top of groomed snow. That said, I do hope you are safely home and over any jet lag by now. Thank you for leaving the apartment in such a tidy state and thank you for all you left. Much appreciated. Could not fault this amazing property! It's beautiful aesthetic, cleanliness, and friendly hosts, ensured we had a fabulous stay. Excellent use of space, and the facilities provided everything we needed. Pamela was very helpful in giving us her local knowledge. Maude Winery next door was an added bonus, with its tastings and food. We will definitely be back when in NZ!

Wonderful Wanaka Apartment

Great place to stay in Wanaka. The unit was very clean, well accommodated, and comfortable. The hot tub was very nice, especially after some long hikes. The location is peaceful and an easy walk to town. Pamela is a wonderful host, very engaging and was willing to help us with anything we needed.

We loved our stay. The apartment is delightful and has everything you need. Pamela had great recommendations for restaurants in Wanaka. We could walk into town very easily.

Perfect

Great place in a great location with a great host .. Pam was great in explaining where everything was and how everything worked. It was close to town but very quiet and private. I would highly recommend this place.

Great stay

Wonderful place to stay. It's clean, well appointed, good quality linen and lovely hosts. The spa was great and the views amazing plus we got some good stargazing in. The welcome pack was much appreciated and we really had a great break in Wanaka made better with choosing to stay here.

A lovely retreat

Our family had a wonderful stay here while in Wanaka. The location and views were great and it was also very well preseneted and comfortable. We would definately recommend it to friends.

Great location, great apartment, great hosts!

Helpful and welcoming hosts, gorgeous weather, great autumn scenery, the apartment was very comfortable, tastefully designed & laid out and spotlessly clean. Wine and chocolates was an added bonus! Hope to visit again!

Lovely Long View

Pam made us feel most welcome right from the start & couldn't have been more helpful when we needed anything. Her place is immaculate, well appointed and the views from the big open deck are stunning. We hope to return!
