Beachy decor and lots of space to accommodate the whole family. Ground level entry leads up to the main level. Here you will find a large open concept living area with well equipped kitchen, family area and dining, en-suite with whirlpool tub, powder room, screened porch and deck. Top floor has loft style sitting area and 4 more bedrooms and 2 full baths. No smoking.

Other Information:
-Saturday to Saturday rentals from 6/17-8/19. Flex bookings allowed (3+ nights) all other dates.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $267
-Bedding: Queen, Queen, Queen, Queen, 2 twins, LR- Queen sleeper
-1.3 miles to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Walk (20 minutes), Bike (6 min) or drive (5 min)
-WIFI - Yes

Community Info: Bethany West, located on the west side of Coastal Highway just off Garfield Parkway is a single home community with single and multilevel vacation homes. The outdoor community pool, fitness center, playground and tennis/pickle-ball courts are available to renters by paying a $30 per person community fee. Fitness Center is open to all adults 18 years of age and older. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the Fitness Center at any time. Amenities: Outdoor community pool, playground, access to Bethany trolley and tennis courts.

We love this community for its walkability, outdoor pools, tennis courts and activities. Easy walk to the beach but not necessarily carrying all of your stuff. Had a great week that went by too fast!

Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year renting 511 Doral Drive.10 of us are extremely comfortable in this house.My daughters families each have their own space upstairs for our 4 grandchildren. Husband & I like the master bedroom on main floor, nice bathroom! House is clean, lots of room for all of us! Our grandchildren love riding their bikes in this area, low to no traffic.

House was fine but distance to beach was deceptive

The beach house was 1.1 mile to the beach. The ad says 4 and 1/2 blocks. We had elders and children and would have packed very differently had we known the true distance. The property managers said there was a path. There was no path and besides that it was 4 1/2 blocks to the beach from the highway - about 8 blocks away. The managers said they would change the ad. Otherwise the house was great for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is amazing and well kept. We had a great time. We comfortably fit 9 adults and 1 toddler. It was nice that there was a high chair and a baby gate. The beach is a bit of a walk with all the stuff but having the parking passes helped with all the stuff. We were able to walk into town and enjoy evenings there. The bed in the master bedroom downstairs was not comfortable. I did not sleep well much at all that week. A lot of us also developed sinus issues while in the house. Not sure if that was dust or what. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Great Property

I had emailed property management twice, questions before our week began, they responded within 2 hours! Day of our arrival, we received an early call property was ready for check in, 2 hours ahead of schedule. Very family friendly, very clean, spacious, outside shower was great, very clean. Enjoyed enclosed and the open patios! our grandchildren enjoyed riding their bikes, 2 minutes to community pool (excellent for kids n adults)) 5 minutes to beach. We were given 2 resident passes to park very close to beach. We enjoyed it so much, we booked same property for next year.

Wilgus staff were very helpful and friendly, the house was in excellent condition and in a nice quiet neighborhood not too far from the beach. With young children, we especially liked the screened porch, and the neighborhood pools and playground. There was also a library in the neighborhood, and that would have been helpful if we had a bad weather day. Being west of route 1 was somewhat inconvenient, since our small children could not walk that distance, but having the trolley did make that easier to handle.

Great location, beautiful property

This is the second time that we stayed at this house. We love the location, and love the size of the house. It is always clean and has the beautiful front porches to relax on. The layout of the house is great, with the master on the first floor and a larger (almost second master) on the second. The rooms just need vanity mirrors for everyone to be able to get ready for dinner. Overall great place to stay!

Family spot

We took a chance and booked a family vacation in Bethany Beach . We’d never been there before and we were hosting our kids and grands…. The house provided all that we needed….space and nice bedroom layouts. The location was great….we could bike or drive to the beach …parking is easy… and it’s not as commercial as the neighboring towns more beach quaint. We took advantage of the community pool as well! Great spot for walking/running. We would have enjoyed a gas grill…charcoal is not our thing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect for our little family get away. Everything was in pristine condition and checking in/out was a breeze. There was only one issue with the property and that was the kitchen vent was not working, so anything that we cooked the smell really stuck around in the house for a few hours. Other than that I have no complaints. Ensure you are aware there are no linen and towels and its an extra $252 charge, we paid for linen and towels and never used it. I think we might've used 2 towels. Thanks Wilgus for providing such a beautiful, and clean home!

This property was spacious and beautiful. The house was super clean and well equipped. The only problem was the exhaust fan was not working Which caused the top floor to smell like anything we cooked. We would smell bacon until supper time almost. This house would almost be perfect if there was a pool or at least a Jacuzzi. Also I would have liked if every single bedroom had a TV. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Some nights we had our music on in the screened in porch and didn’t have complaints from anyone. Overall I recommend this house to anyone who’s looking for a nice family home to spend with their loved ones.
