Our Stay at Windsor Palms
We have stayed at this complex for 9 years. There are a few things we need to mention.
1. The master bathroom shower would only give lukewarm water. The fixture handle would not go beyond the horizontal position. We sent an email and spoke verbally about this with no response. The second shower fixture handle went beyond horizontal and the water was warmer. Us senior citizens like a hot shower.
2. The master bedroom had the distinct odor of urine. We do not know if someone prior had an accident or not. We thought it may the glue from the flooring, however, it was only in that one room. We bring our own king size sheets. After the second night we removed the condo sheets and put ours on the bed. We washed and folded the condo sheets and place them in closet. When we departed, we removed our sheets and placed the condo sheets folded on the bed.
3.There was no broom or dust pan in the condo. We bring our own moping supplies from home as past experience has shown us the condo mops are not good. We moped the kitchen and 2 bathrooms 2 times with our moping supplies. It is difficult to get floors clean if they are not swept before. All that does is spread wet dust/dirt around. There was a large upright sweeper in the closet set on highest carpet setting. There was a bare floor setting, however, we did not use this large sweeper for fear of scratching the beautiful floors.
