Location for beach and touristy activity is off the chart great. It is a bit older and could use some updating, but it was exactly what we expected. plenty of restaurants, mini/regular golf, history/museums, and tours all withing 30 minutes of drive time. The beach is less than 5 minutes by foot and absolutely beautiful. As long as they will take us, we will be back!

When we entered the unit we were overcome by a musty smell. We tried airing out the unit, but found many of the windows could not be opened. The slider in the primary bedroom could not be opened and the attached bathroom shower could not be used because the hot water handle would not turn.We were forced to use the smaller bedroom and found that the shade could not be put down which allowed light to pour in when we tried to sleep.Also, the screen entry door was in disrepair and the handle fell off in my hand.I paid for a fully functioning unit and did not get one. I should be compensated.

Clean, Quiet and very well supplied.

We come to St. Augustine yearly and this was our favorite stay so far. The condo contained everything you could possibly need. From beach gear to games plus everything else you could reasonably expect and more. Clean, quiet, low key and easy access to the beach, We were impressed and would love to return on our next visit.

This condo was clean, in a great location and seriously the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in.

The condo is a perfect beach rental. It was clean and had a great pool area and no busy streets to cross to get to the beach. Gated community of condos and this particular one had everything you will need from beach chairs, boogie boards, coffee, dish soap etc… the owner has thought of everything! Just need to bring your clothes! Wish we could have stayed longer and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Clean and nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was well stocked with everything you could think of! My family of four had plenty of room. Very relaxing and good central location. The private access to the beach was very nice. Pool area was nice as well and well kept. The beach and water was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed my morning and night walks on the beach very much. Very family oriented place and relaxing too! Will definitely be going back!!

Nice location, beds were horrible.

This would have gotten higher marks if they had reasonable beds that didn’t sag in the middle or have a covering of the queen mattress by 2 old comforters covered with a fitted sheet. The rugs in the living room and bedrooms were old and felt grimy. We did like being close to the beach and the kitchen was outfitted with enough pots and pans that made eating in easy which is important to us.

The carpets were professionally cleaned on February 10th, just before your stay, to ensure they were in optimal condition. Additionally, our cleaning protocol includes stripping and washing all bedding after each guest's departure, followed by thorough remaking of the beds. We've never received complaints about sagging beds before, but we'll certainly investigate this further to ensure our guests' comfort.Please know that we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can improve.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Beautiful beach

The beach was awesome. We walked it every morning. It was nice to have private access to the beach. We arrived after dark in the pouring rain and neither one of the gate codes we were wha given worked. Fortunately, someone pulled in behind us and gave us access to the condo neighborhood. We did not know where our building was in the Condo neighborhood, and it was too dark to read the numbers on the building. We drove around for quite some time, and got out with our flashlights to look at each building number, we finally located it using the map on the office billboard. The condo kitchen was well supplied. There was plenty of room to sit and read and a good size dining room. We had a good time and enjoyed exploring the area.

Quail Hollow, Crescent Beach

Arrived Friday, dirty towels on the back of the bathroom door, and the light switch in 2nd BR needs to be replaced, unsafe connection. Dirty coffee cups on counter with clean ones. Dirty dishes in cabinets, we hand washed everything before using. Lot of small flies in the kitchen & bathrooms. Coffee pots were plugged in, and old pods and filter left in them. Regular pot had a used filter so old that it had become hard as a rock and had mold all over it. Had to wash it and run vinegar through it to clean. Monday morning, we were met with people on our balconies scraing and caulking. They taped up the windows and were back at it Tuesday morning on the balconies again and while my wife was still asleep. I also discovered that the sliding door lock on the bedroom balcony didnt work! Not real happy about that when we had our stuff in that room. We went to leave and they had taped plastic sheeting over the door. We had to bust out to leave. Same issues Wednesday. We decided to leave at tbat time and just went back Thursday to put away dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash. Tbey were still painting Thursday afternoon. Im sure the owners have no control of the maintenance of the buildings but some notifications would have been nice. You would also think that the place would be cleaner with all the fees paid! Carpets were old and dirty looking. We definitely did not enjoy our stay and feel cheated. Instead of over $1000, this should have been a freebie!

Great location

We did like the condo very much but we had a few issues. The single serve coffee maker was broken, the garbage disposal did not work and I had to dig food out of drain from previous guests and the ceiling fan in second bedroom was very loud. But overall it is a very nice and comfortable place. Quiet and beautiful location and easy beach access. All necessities for the beach were available to use, which was great.

Quail Hollow Visit

This was our first visit to the east coast of Florida and we loved it!. This is a great condo, location is good and just a short walk to the ocean. The shore fishing was great. We ended up taking a styrofoam cooler back with fish because we could not eat all of it. The pool was very nice, it's not heated, but it's a large pool and one of the nicest we have had and we have been staying in condos in Florida for spring break for over 20 years. The condo is well stocked from a kitchen standpoint as well as beach supplies - they have chairs/boogie boards/umbrellas/coolers. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. The only problem we had was with the AC. The owner was amazing and had it fixed that night for us, she was very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this unit and we will definitely come back to the area and rent here again. Thanks for a great stay. The Kline Family

This property was perfect for our family. My kids enjoyed the pool and the close beach walk. We were close to all the restaurants and stores. The town is so adorable and have such a nice family vibe.
