In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 1, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This second-floor Kiawah Island vacation rental offers gorgeous lagoon views, sleeping space for 4 guests, and is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach.

This updated Turtle Cove villa features lovely décor and plenty of natural light. Enjoy gathering in the living room which has a comfortable sleeper sofa, loveseat, side chair, and wall-mounted TV. Just past the living room is the dining area with amazing lagoon views and seating for 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinetry, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals.

The bedroom is outfitted with stylish blue accents, a king-sized bed, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom features a coastal chic aesthetic and a spacious walk-in shower with custom tilework.

The screened porch, accessible from either the living room or dining area, boasts unrivaled views of the lagoon and is the perfect place for sipping morning coffee or simply relaxing. On the porch, you will find two bistro tables, each with seating for two.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. The televisions are streaming only.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Wonderful spring break stay

Villa was spotless and very comfortable, location was perfect—had a great view of the lagoon from the screened porch that allowed us to see alligators, turtles and great blue herons. We rented bikes and rode to the beach, around the island, and on the beach too. Not far from the Sanctuary, which had fitness classes, and also Freshfields Village with shopping and Hege’s (our favorite French restaurant there). Thank you for easy access to the Villa and responsive communication! We will be back!

Great Lake-View Condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this charming condo. It perfectly met our needs. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It looked like it had just been completely renovated with a nice, bright kitchen and spacious bathroom. We loved the lake view from the living room, kitchen, and screened in porch. Kiawah was a nice place to stay. We enjoyed the bike paths as well as biking on the beach in the morning. We sampled several good restaurants, tried some kayaking, and rented jet skis not too far from here. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect spot!

We’ve stayed on Kiawah many times and this was by far our favorite spot! The condo was very clean, the location was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor porch overlooking the lagoon and all the wildlife. Only have a few suggestions for improvements: the bathroom could use more towel holders, the shower head could be replaced to offer more power( very weak) and the bed felt like sleeping on a lumpy old pillow! It was very uncomfortable. Since it was such a nice unit and a great location we still had a wonderful time but would encourage the owners to make those updates.

Condo with wildlife view

I thought this property was clean and welcoming. The foldout bed in the family room was broken which made it difficult to pull out each night. Also, the oven wouldn't work. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Your comments were passed to our team to investigate and address. They were able to see a small piece of broken wood on the side of the pull out sofa, but were still able to pull it out and set it up without issue. They were unfortunately not able to duplicate any issues with the oven.

Very Nice and Comfortable Unit

Location was quiet and peaceful and the furniture was very comfortable. Very nice view of the lagoon (as pictured in the listing). The property manager (Akers Ellis Rentals) was very responsive to our needs and questions.

Peaceful beautiful getaway

All communication from beginning to end was prompt and professional. Any inquiries were answered almost immediately. The rental unit was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. My first views from the screened in back deck on our first morning there were so amazing. The colors, sounds, smells were an adventure for the senses. And the 10 minute walk to the beach also beautiful. We looked forward to seeing deer, birds and sometimes alligators on our walks to and from the beach. I do want to remind renters to check both regular email and junk email regarding bike/beach rental credit and know it has to be reserved ahead of time to schedule delivery and pick up to the property and you don’t have to be there for either. We missed out on using the credit because info was sent to junk mail so we didnt know we had to schedule delivery ahead of time. Other than that everything was perfect. I can’t wait to go again.

Very tranquil and relaxing.

Our stay was during off season, so it was not beach weather. We enjoyed walking and bicycling. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and there there was plenty of wild life to see.

Our Retreat

The condo was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The gear credit was awesome as we enjoyed our time riding the bikes. Was a short walk to the beach. The view of the pond was peaceful and we loved watching the wildlife come and go.
