If being scammed was a place.

This is the ideal location. However, the place was not as advertised /listed. Host was timely to responding back but with no solution for any issues besides the door not working which is a safety concern. The home was amazing from the online picture's. The downstair white furniture in the living room is worn-out and not even use able the tv inoperable/ didn't work the entire 8 day's we stayed. We didn't get to use the living room at all because we was waiting on their team to respond and nobody never did. There were holes 🕳 throughout the bedrooms behind the doors because they had no door stoppers. The downstair bedroom by the front door had ants 🐜 in the bathroom because it had a hole in shower where they're coming in at. The frozen room bunkbed was not sturdy we had to make the kids lay on the floor because it was wobbling. Maintenance came but didn't fix the issue. The bedroom that has starwars tv inoperable as well. The outside furniture had paint on the table. The chairs were torn and ripped. The air conditioning was a hit and miss. At night, the air conditioner didn't seem to work poor circulation. Overall, we still waiting on things to get resolved and we stayed for 8 days. Too many inconveniences for the amount of money spent. This home needs tremendous renovation and better cleaning service. Don't book this house unless they use updated pictures with new furniture. This is our first time booking thru Vrbo and I'm really disappointed with this booking.

Great Home

The house was totally amazing. Plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely rebook this property again. Close to Disney and other Parks. Owners were very responsive during our stay and was very helpful and friendly.

Will not return

The interior of the house was well represented by the photos. The themed bedrooms were really cool! However, many of the house furnitures/fixtures were in need of repair…..most of the lamps were broken, there were only 2 barstools and both were broken, the toilet paper holder in the master bath was ripped off the wall, the couches had large rips/tears in them, the screen doors outside were in need of replacement. None of these items really affected our stay, but they were definitely noticed! There is also NOTHING in the house that you don’t see in the photos - no game closet, no extra sheets, no toys of any kind, and really very very little kitchen cookware! We didn’t have enough to make a single meal!!! We also had to purchase a garbage can for the kitchen, as there was not one there. It should also be noted that the hot tub only heats to 96 degrees and it takes 30 min to an hour to get it to that temp. The pool was a pleasant 82, but the hot tub was a completely useless. The house is located in a gated community that appears really nice. It does seem like there were lots of parties most every evening and people getting pretty loud. All in all, for the amount of money, we probably would not return to this location.

Overall, our stay was nice.

Overall the house was nice, but curtain rods were broken, as well as a large stain on the kitchen wall. There were no washcloths and not enough hand towels. The biggest issue was the noise from the neighbors. Many loud parties until 2 a.m.

Family vacation

We loved the house. It was big enough to accommodate our very large family. It was comfortable and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Emily was amazing, very responsive to any questions and concerns we had before we arrived at the house. Entry was quick and easy. Anything you needed in a house, was readily available- down to the amount of utensils. The living room areas were functional for multiple families. The pool area and Recreation area was a hit amongst all the children. The only negatives I would say is- we were unable to figure out how to turn the heat down, so the upstairs living quarters was extremely hot. The next thing is the dryer seemed to take a little longer to dry. We had a great stay!!

Making the best of it

The property itself was fine, nothing to complain about and the management team was very responsive when I did have questions. All negative experiences had to do with the fact the house sits in a vacation community with a guard shack for controlled entry. I brought my small trailer for extra room for luggage, I was told by security at gate that I couldn’t bring my trailer into the neighborhood and that I would have to find other arrangements. This was a huge inconvenience, but we did find a solution outside of the security. The lines to access the property were extreme with over 1 hour waits at time. The access to the main highway was consistently backed up as well. Lastly neighbors on either side where very loud but we where gone during the day so I’m not sure if this continued during daylight hours. Again my negative feedback has nothing to do with actual rental and is about the surrounding situation.
