Magnifique demeure construite en 1827 classée patrimoine historique située dans le Vieux-Port de Québec. Ayant déjà appartenu à un premier ministre du Québec, elle a conservé l'essentiel de ses caractéristiques d'origine avec ses poutres apparentes au plafond et ses murs de pierre. S'étendant sur 2 700 pieds carrés, elle est notamment munie de 4 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains, cuisine toute équipée, nouvellement meublée, décorée avec goût, air climatisé, WI-FI, 1 espace de stationnement intérieur et bien plus. Chic and modern condo in a great area!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. Close to shopping and eateries. Highly recommend!

Carnaval de Quebec

We stayed here with our 3 grown children and their partners. There was plenty of space to spread out and gather together. We had such a fabuluous time! Communication with our hosts was responsive and wonderful! This home is very clean and in the perfect location. It is a quick walk to the lower city as well as to all the events for the Carnaval. We would definitely recommend and we hope to return again!! Thank you for opening your home for us to make lasting memories!

The Best!

Celebrating my sister’s b’day we stayed here for two nights and wished for more. The home is gorgeous, with everything you need to settle in and have a great time! You can walk to the best of the old city so leave your car in the lot. Hosteds are very accommodating. Thank you!

Phenomenal for a family getaway

Our three generations of family are super grateful to Caroline for this great place. It was a beautifully furnished condo with plenty of space for all of us with great access to all of the great things Quebec has to offer. We hope to return!

wonderful Quebec City trip

This might be the best VRBO place we have stayed! It was so beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed being close to Old Quebec and loved being near a cat cafe and a speakeasy! Communication was great!

Perfect historic home steps from the old city

Wonderful stay and host at this beautifully appointed home! Very clean, beds very comfortable and an ideal place for our family to watch movies and play board games (well stocked) on a snowy day. I agree with the comment about the stairs, if anyone has mobility issues this may not be the rental for you, otherwise we recommend it 100%!

Loved it!

My daughters and family loved the property! Great location. Convenient parking. Tons of restaurants near by. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO property they have ever stayed in! The outdoor patio was great. The only negative is there needs to be railings on the stairs. slippery and scary if you were not paying good attention.

Wonderful Stay

Caroline is a very helpful host, and her home is beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed coming home after a long day of walking through Old Quebec to a wonderful home and patio! The flat is very clean, well decorated, and has several kitchen amenities that are perfect for making a meal at home. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We highly recommend!

Gorgeous home in Quebec City

This house is even better than the pictures. Everything looked like it was out of a magazine. The location was perfect. The host was incredibly (appropriately) communicative/responsive. Had a great family trip and would love to come back for a girls trip!

Christmas in Quebec

We had the most wonderful stay in this property. It was beautiful, had everything you would need to feel a home and was very festive and decorated for our Christmas. The kitchen was fantastic and we had as much fun cooking and staying in as we did going out to all the great restaurants. We stay in a lot of nice VRBO properties and this one is at the top of my list and I hope to return!

Wonderful spot right in town

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The open kitchen/dining area made for great family gatherings and meals. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with dishware, utensils and pretty much everything you could need. The grill on the deck was also great and easy to use. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. It fit all 7 of us very spaciously. And the location was perfect - an easy walk to lots restaurants, shops and different parts of town. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay in Quebec City

We loved this home as it was perfectly located and appointed for our group. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out in and a great kitchen! We loved having the outdoor patio and the beds and pillows were all very comfortable! While not always the case, the pictures in the listing accurately depict the home. The showers were also a big hit with everyone! Loved having some good restaurant choices so close and our hosts were easy to get in touch with and very responsive to a couple of minor questions/requests that we had. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay at this lovely property again!

Stunning property

As others have said, this place is special. Beds comfy, gathering spots abundant and welcoming, and the kitchen one of the best-equipped I’ve encountered in a rental. The spaces and decor are so artfully designed I had to ask host (Caroline) if it was professionally done. (No, she said, she and her husband did it all!) The location is ideal, outside terrace lovely, communication spot-on. A truly fabulous base from which us three couples could explore/enjoy our first visit to gorgeous Quebec City!

Everything we wanted

Such a lovely place, lots of room, comfortable beds and fully equipped for meals and entertaining. We were a group of 7ladies celebrating our 60th birthdays. The deck off the kitchen is a wonderful bonus to the space. The fixtures, cabinetry, storage, showers, beds ……. Everything was classic comfort and with high end style. I only have one suggestion, installing some wrought iron stair railings would be a wonderful accommodating addition. The residence is on 3 floors, and can be a bit challenging.

Girl’s 50th birthday trip!

There were 6 of us, that have been friends since elementary school, and we all wanted to get away to celebrate turning 50! This home was AMAZING. Plenty of room for us and the aesthetics and decor were modern and very sophisticated. We were in walking distance from Old Quebec and took advantage of the tours: biking, food and ghost. The host, Caroline, was so helpful and accommodating. She was quick to respond whenever we had an inquiry. Back patio was a bonus and nice surprise! We HIGHLY recommend this home!

First visit to Quebec City

This house is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable and well located for exploring Quebec City. Parking was included and convenient in a lot behind the building. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms stunning, and the espresso machine made all of us happy every morning. The front door is unlocked via an app, so no worries about losing a key or having enough keys for every person in your group. Communication with the owner was via text, and the owner responded very quickly when I had a question. Owner left us a jar of their homemade salty caramel sauce, which was perfect drizzled on top of the lattes we made with the espresso machine each morning. Highly recommend this rental. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely!

After multiple days in hotel rooms, our 2 families could stay together but spread out in this chic home. The TV spot downstairs and kitchen upstairs allowed the adults some space from the kids which was enjoyed by all. Close to everything Old QC and at least half a dozen restaurants right on the same couple blocks which is handy if the weather gets rainy. We opted to dine out though the kitchen appeared well stocked. Beds and linens comfy, decor was beautiful, and the option to open windows or walk to the back deck a nice urban treat. Communication with the owners was prompt and helpful. I have to quick plug the restaurant Légende down the street. Dine there for an incredible experience in boreal inspired cuisine. We were “first-timers” in QC and already talking about going back. Thanks for sharing your home!
