This home has 2 king suites, 2 queen suites and captain's bunk-bed with a twin bed over a full. Plenty of parking is available with a 2 car garage and long driveway for up to 4 more vehicles.
Big Blue Trace feels privately secluded yet it's only about a 12 minute drive to town or to the slopes.
PARKING REGULATIONS – Only 6 vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway. Parking on the street is NOT permitted. Violation of either of these regulations may result in $300 fine per day.
MAXIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE – No more than 10 people may occupy the house at any given time. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Violation of either of these may result in a $500 fine per day.
BRECKENRIDGE NOISE ORDINANCE – Quiet hours are from 10PM – 8AM. Violation of quiet hours is a class 2 petty offense and will result in a fine of up to $600 per violation from the Breckenridge Police Department.
The HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATIONS ARE STRICTLY enforcing any violation, and reporting them to the POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE COUNTY CODE VIOLATION DEPARTMENT
A 4 wheel drive vehicle will be needed in the snowy winter months.
