This home is beautifully decorated and has two comfortable living areas – a cozy den is located on the first floor and a spacious living room with amazing views is on the second floor. The open layout of the living, dining, and kitchen areas allow for unobstructed views of the ocean from large floor to ceiling windows. The dining table seats at least 6 and the living room features a large comfortable sectional sofa. The modern kitchen includes all the basics plus stainless steel appliances and granite counters. There is also a third floor loft area that is perfect for a jigsaw puzzle or a work space when you need to check in with the office.

Outdoor Spaces:

Why choose between the beach or a pool? You can have both. The beach access is located just across the street, while the community pool is in the center of the townhouse community, just steps from your door. Feel like hanging out at home and enjoying the unobstructed ocean views? Choose one of the well-furnished decks, one in the sun and one with some shady cover. Either is perfect for morning coffee or end of the day relaxing. Covered parking and a wet weather entry keeps everything clean and dry. After a day at the beach or pool, rinse away the sand in the enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower.

Your beach rental is located approximately 1.9 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

For reservations less than 7 days, you may bring your own linens or rent them through Ward Realty.
