We had a great time staying at 903 Inverness for the entire month of February. A quick walk down the road and you'll find an alligator sitting on the bank of a little Pond. Now that's something you don't see every day! The house was great and accommodated our guest who came to visit. The beds are really comfortable and the primary bathroom shower, well I still miss it! The kitchen is really well stocked, but be sure and bring all your own stuff that's not listed. Definitely bring more dish towels and wash rags. Unfortunately the dishwasher broke down on us after our first couple days and it took a good week to replace. Palmetto Dunes issued us a gift card for our trouble. The only thing I will say is that this townhouse sits on a golf hole. I don't know which one but it's part of the Fazio golf course. The Landscape crew shows up a little after 6 AM, and for us that was in the dark, with loud two-stroke engines and lawnmowers with bright lights, and if you're not an early riser, it can be quite annoying. Luckily for us, once our guest left, we moved to the first floor bedroom, which faces the driveway and we didn't hear a sound. All the bathrooms, especially the first floor, need a facelift, but overall, it's a good space.
