Located on the second green of the Sierra Star golf course, this Intrawest condominium boasts views of the Sherwins and is walking distance to Eagle Lodge. This home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters and designer furnishings throughout. The living room has a big screen TV, DVD, and surround-sound stereo system, plus a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom enjoys mission-style furniture with a queen bed, private bath, and TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, and private wood decks with a small BBQ, and complimentary WIFI. Common area conveniences include underground (garage clearance is 7' 6") and adjacent on-grade parking, and a heated pool (in Summer) and spa. Walking distance to the shuttle. The unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided parking for 2 vehicles only. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. nice condo

Its a nice spot about 5-10 minute walk to Eagle lift. Condo has everything you'd need for a short stay in mammoth. Well appointed kitchen, good sized rooms and bathroom. Community pool/hot tub aren't great and are also several minute walk from the unit so not super easy for after-ski hot tub in cold weather. Of note, I have no idea which remotes work on which tv/stereo/video players - instructions should be included or upgrade should be made to make those usable. Directions to the unit should also be clearer - include the building number which is much more visible from the street than just the unit number which is not

Birthday fun

A group of gals came up to celebrate a birthday. The location was perfect access to eagle lodge. Due to all the recent snow, it was a little dark because snow blocked most of the windows. It was cozy and very nice.

Great Location. Needs Wifi

I thought the look of the place and the location was great. The Garage was a nice surprise. I did not give it a 5 star review because the property has no wifi and no cell reception for at&t users. The cell phone is not their fault, but knowing this, they should invest in wifi. There was a router there that was not working.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is run down. The window blinds are all broken. Carpet and flooring is filthy. There are not enough dishes or utensils to eat; had to go buy more. The dishes that were in the condo were all dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. The refrigerator doesn’t work properly. The patio was full of webs and spiders and it’s apparent the management company never cleans out there. Parking situation is horrible; had to park two buildings away. Will never stay at this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is getting old and run-down. A window that was broken in February has not been fixed yet and is covered by a piece of plywood and plastic tarp in the large bedroom. The patio was filthy and we had to borrow a broom to sweep it off so we could sit outside. The railing on the patio is falling apart and creates a hazard for small kids. The windows are hard to open since the knobs are all falling off and some of the blinds have been broken for years. None of these issues have been fixed yet and were disclosed when booking the property (as usual) and yet they still charge full price. If it wasn’t for the location we wouldn’t have rented here again. I think we’re done with this property and will look at a different location where the owners fix what’s broken. The property management is great but they can’t fix windows and broken railings.

Adequate for a Short Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo unit has a smart floorplan that offers plenty of space for a short stay in Mammoth. We enjoyed some of the features that set this unit apart from some of the other condo complexes: laundry in your unit, a vanity area with double sinks that is separate from the toilet areas in the master, a back deck PLUS a slider with a Juliet balcony next to the dining table, plenty of outdoor parking right outside our front door, and lots of natural light. Closets and dresser drawers were empty, leaving us plenty of space to unpack and store our luggage out of the way. We were there at the end of September and had the entire building t ourselves. The unit is clean and very functionable.The only issues we had with the unit were minor:1. The check-in docs we received from Mammoth Reservations said this unit didn't have wi-fi. However, when we arrived at the unit, we found wi-fi info posted inside. Not sure why that wasn't updated correctly with the reservation office.2. The kitchen is very sparsely stocked. There are literally only six bowls for eating, so plan to run the dishwasher each night if you have a group of four. Only two dishtowels that I could find. No extra trash bags available.3. Towels were sparse, too. We received exactly four hand towels and four washcloths, and there were no extras anywhere in the unit.4. We noticed that in the master bedroom, our fitted sheet had been put on inside out and the blanket put on sideways. We had to remake the bed ourselves the first night.5. Not all the blinds had working "wands" to turn the blinds different directions. Couldn't move the master blinds to direct the sunrise sunlight away from our faces and towards the ceiling. Same in the guest bedroom.Overall, given the beautiful location, I'd stay again!

Great winter Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay in the winter. The problems are the garage parking space is very tight. If you have a truck or large SUV you may not be able to get into the space if others are parked in their spaces. The other issue is no Wi-Fi in the condo. Also if you are a light sleeper you will hear the people above you walking around.

Some corrections

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes there's internet, and it's good. WiFi Password is written on the side of the router. That said, there's a monthly cap on usage, so perhaps they can't guarantee it will be working when you get there.There is no ice maker as was shown in photos. This matters in summer when it's hot. Plan on buying a bag of ice.TVs in photos have been replaced with flat screens with available HDMI inputs.It's really dim indoors because they've cheaped out and bought low-power incandescent bulbs instead of investing in florescent or led which would last far longer. Very annoying for an old person like me.They give you dishwashing powder and toilet paper to last you a few days -- even if you stay for three weeks. Seems like the kind of thing they could figure out if they weren't so set in their ways.

Nice, cozy condo with uncomfortable beds

Condo is in a great location and was in great condition. The one downside is the master bed was extremely uncomfortable. This was pretty disappointing considering people want a comfortable bed while on vacation. My wife and I did not sleep well. The second night of our stay my wife tried to sleep with our boys in the bunk beds. The bottom bunk was a little better than the master bed, but not by much.

Very Clean and well appointed property. Easy check-in and check-out and very close to Eagle lodge if planning to ski. Only warning - No Wi-Fi on property.

Our Favorite Rental Yet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The is definitely our favorite rental in all our stays at Mammoth. Our family like to snowboard at least 2-3 times a year in Mammoth. This condo is clean, spacious, and in a great location. We walked to Eagle Lodge and didn’t have to hassle with parking. The property manager was very responsive. During check in, one of the bedroom closet doors was broken and when I email them, they asked if I wanted to have them send out someone to fix the problem right away. We will definitely come back.
