Won't be staying Again
This was an absolutely horrible experience. For starters we paid for a 1 bedroom with a kitchenette and a pull out couch, none of which we were given. I even have confirmation from blue door talking about the couch.
We got a studio room with no kitchenette.
We were told they could do nothing about it, that it was out of their control and had no rooms available. And that it was a misunderstanding.
We brought food to cook in our room and ended up having to spend money to go out and get food because there was no way to cook.
Also upon checking in we noted that out AC was EXTREMELY loud. We told the front desk person about it and they responded and said they'd have to have maintenance look at it but it wouldn't be for a couple days.
The bathroom door wouldn't shut because it was so out of wack. They gave us a towel for the floor the size of a place mat which caused their tile floor to be wet no matter what you did because of the way the shower was. Which caused me to slip to bad I pulled a muscle in my leg and back.
They offer free wifi and and cable but the remotes didn't work and 1 was even broken.
The shower wall was cracked all the way the around the entire shower which could cause anyone to cut themselves because it's a very sharp edge.
We had no other options to stay anywhere else as everything was booked up because of a huge festival. Which is why we were there. So we had no choice but to stay there and my brother who was planning on staying 1 night had to not come because there was no place for him and they wouldn't allow him to stay in the studio.
They had a massive 2 bay sink and no counter space anywhere. A microwave so small the plates they provided didn't even fit in it. No stove or even plug in to cook on. No outdoor grill even.
