Hardwood flooring runs through the great room and kitchen. Granite countertops welcome you. The décor has a relaxed coastal flair with soft color and great bedding. Speaking of sand dunes…you can walk to the beach or you can take the trolley to the oceanfront complex with pools, a playground, a kiddie pool, bathrooms, and snacks. If you don't want to walk, the trolley also makes getting to the Sports Complex easy for all ages.

As you spend time outdoors, relax on PolyWood outdoor furniture by the private and newly surfaced pool! Yes, this pool does offer privacy thanks to the trees around the pool fence. You can enjoy grilling and meals poolside without feeling like the neighbors are crowding you. Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
