The original renovated log cabin has been expanded to include a guest house with an additional spacious bedroom, bathroom, and large games room. Ideally located in the south bay of Carrickalinga only a short stroll to the beach, this holiday home is ideally suited to large families or two family groups.

This house is an entertainer. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen including quality cookware, glassware, dishwasher, and induction cooktop. Spend your time together on the expansive undercover deck overlooking Carrickalinga's best backyard. With outdoor dining seating 14, comfortable and large outdoor lounge, outdoor fans and heaters, there is no bad time of year to watch the kids play at the custom mud kitchens and cubby, jump on the trampoline, enjoy basketball rings, soccer goals and 4 types of swings. The back deck overlooks this family paradise with the rolling hills behind, filled with fruit trees and shade and plenty of room to kick the ball.

Or take your wine to the front deck with views everywhere you look - nature reserve to the front - and fire up the wood pizza oven or feed your crowd using the incredible and enormous bull bbq with tap and sink.

Snuggle up on the couch in winter in front of the combustion fire (wood provided), and stay cool with ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning in the living rooms and all bedrooms to make sure you are always comfortable.

The house affords plenty of entertainment for when you aren't out exploring Lonely Planet's best beach, with free unlimited wifi and streaming services connected to the televisions in both lounges. The games room has an abundance of indoor games including a ps4 for the whole family to enjoy. Your four-legged family member is also welcome to join you on holidays at Silvers Anchor with a fully fenced backyard.

Guests: Limit of 8 adults max at this property, the rest of the guests can be made up of children.

Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, (except for 2 king-size beds) guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages at their own expense at our Ray White Normanville office. Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats face washers, and T-towels.
