Probably won't book again
The room was much smaller than I anticipated. Yes, it sleeps three, but the pull out sofa was incredibly uncomfortable and had to be put away each day in order to walk through to the kitchen and restroom.
On our way home, I got a call from management saying we damaged towels and would be charged a damage fee. After asking questions, I told them it was just watermelon juice one of my girls cleaned up. The woman then said, "oh, now that I know that I'll have them wash and see how they come out." The towels HADN'T EVEN BEEN WASHED YET and they were trying to charge me. I was also told I should have washed them, which I've literally never experienced with any other AirBnB or VRBO.
After ending the call I noticed they had already tried to charge my card TWICE. Again, they hadn't even washed the "damaged" towels or spoke to me beforehand. Thank goodness that card had been cancelled and replaced the week before so it didn't go through. They said they would get back to me, but its been several days and I haven't heard anything.
