The Space:
The apartment is located on the ground floor at the front of the complex. The car park for this unit is located directly outside the door so only a couple of steps and your inside. The beds are sheeted with luxury hotel standard linen.
This apartment includes:
- Free unlimited WIFI (NBN coming soon)
- 55" Smart UHD TV with Netflix and sound bar connected
- Nespresso machine and coffee pods for the coffee lovers
- Tea, coffee, sugar and milk
- Secure car park inside gated complex for one vehicle, visitors parks for extra vehicles and plenty of street parking within view from apartment
- Reverse cycle Air con / heating to both lounge/dining/kitchen area and a separate system in the bedroom
- Washer, dryer and clothes rack, ironing board and iron and clothes hangers in wardrobes, laundry powder as well
- Kitchen cooking essentials including salt/ pepper, oils, various spice range, utensils and appliances including a rice cooker
- Bathroom essentials Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash and soap
- Hotel grade linen and towels washed professionally
- High chair, porta cot and baby bath

Close to the airports, large Belmont Forum Shopping Centre where you can eat at restaurants and cafes. Visit the DFO and shop for designer brands at affordable prices.
Getting Around:
5 minutes from the domestic airport and 8 minutes from the international by car.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide photo ID to host as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental. This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo Id's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can send the photo ID by Airbnb message or email.
Noise level needs to be extremely quiet after 10 pm especially on balconies.
Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.
If a guest does need to cancel their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment as a processing fee if incurred by us, in the event of cancellation.
