Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "The Big Awesome" and "The Bigger Awesome" - 12 modern and classically renovated 2-bedroom/1-bathroom and 1-bedroom/1-bath furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street. Your condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium-sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $55.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make the necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Great stay!

Clean and comfortable! Love the roku and kitchen appliances provide. It would have been nice to know beforehand that the apartments are next to a fairly busy road and train - but we got used to the noise after a couple of days.

We try and make sure the apartments are as comfortable as they can be, to provide a home away from home feel. Most of our guests find the trains surprisingly soothing. One guest even mentioned it was the best babysitter in the world. On your next trip to Atlanta, maybe consider one of our other properties. We look forward to your next visit.

Just what we needed

Could not have found a better accommodation while we were displaced from housing and waiting for our renovation to be complete. Especially to be able to bring our cat. We settled right in and lived life with all the conveniences needed foe 12 days.

Clean, comfortable, and everything I needed!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with BCA Furnished Apartments. The apartment had everything I needed for a short term stay. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. 2 week stay

Well equipped, great location.... some noise from other guests and the Amtrak trains honking. Bit disappointed not to have any cleaning or change of linen/towels in my 14 days here. TeamBCA Response: We really appreciate that you took the time to provide feedback. On your next visit, we can have you stay in one of the apartments that are furthest from the train to mitigate any disruptive noise. We also have other properties in the area that are not close to the train and still nearby the locations that you wanted to stay close to. Our 1- and 2- bedroom apartments receive cleanings once every 2 weeks, but if you run low on supplies or need linens/towels exchanged, you are welcome to reach out to us and we'd be happy to provide that.

Good choice if looking for ample space

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It has everything necessary for a good stay. 2 drawbacks: - It's next to the train tracks, so if you're sensitive to noise and don't have a white noise/noise cancelling app, this may bother you at night. - if you don't have a car, taxi/Uber will be the best way to get around, unless you're willing to walk or are familiar with the Atlanta bus routes. Team BCA Response: We are so glad you found our apartment so comfortable and spacious. We hope you enjoyed your time here in Atlanta. Thank you for your review. We know the train tracks can cause some disruption to certain guests, and ear plugs are a great option. We also have Studios and other 1- and 2-bedrooms located in different parts of the neighborhood away from trains. I would recommend looking a those options for anyone who is noise sensitive. While all our properties are within 1-block of public transportation, its never a bad idea to have a car to get around the city of Atlanta.
