This is a large stand-alone home! It`s a 5 bedroom, 7 beds plus a double sofa bed pull out, and 5 bathroom beauty with multiple sprawling porches and a balcony with views of Forsyth Park. Also, 3 out of 5 of our bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The house is recently fully renovated and features an open living area with a kitchen that is fully stocked. This beautiful place, that is right on the shuttle route, will be your perfect home away from home in historic downtown Savannah.

The house is large and right off of Forsyth Park. The living space has a sectional couch, with an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked.

All bookings are subjected to a 13% Savannah motel and sales tax which will be included in the price per night.

1) We provide a single parking spot in the back of the home. There is free street parking in front of the house.

We aren`t on the property, but we are always available if needed.

Forsyth Park is right around the corner. There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores very close by.

The house is right on the route of the free shuttle.
We have a few very basic house rules:

1) We do not allow parties on our property. Please do not confuse this with a bachelorette or bachelor party. We welcome any group that will respect the property. If a guest breaks this rule we will evict them immediately without a refund.
2) Please do not move around the furniture.
