The Space:

Welcome to your spectacular 9-bedroom, 6-bathroom retreat in the Solara Resort, perfectly designed to sleep up to 24 guests. Freshly remodeled, this home is an unforgettable destination for your entire group, blending magical themed rooms with stylish, comfortable living spaces.



Experience seamless indoor-outdoor living as sliding glass doors open to a covered lanai with a dining table and seating area. Your private backyard oasis features a sparkling swimming pool and a relaxing hot tub, with the added privacy of no rear neighbors.



Entertainment awaits at every turn! Step into the wizarding world in the Harry Potter-themed game room, complete with a pool table, air hockey, skee ball, classic arcade games, and a PS5 gaming center. Upstairs, immerse yourself in a cinematic experience in the Avatar-themed home theater with six plush recliner seats.



The main living room offers ample seating with two large sectional couches, perfect for gathering together. In the bright and fully-equipped kitchen, you'll find everything needed to cook for a crowd, including a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, a blender, and a large center island with seating for six. Enjoy meals together at the main dining table, which seats 12, with additional seating nearby. A BBQ grill is also available for outdoor cooking.



For those mixing work and play, a dedicated workspace is available for your convenience. We also cater to our youngest guests with amenities like a high chair, crib, pack 'n play, children's books, toys, and dinnerware to make your family's stay as comfortable as possible.

NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).

We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.



Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.

The other towels (bath towel, hand towel and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.



HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.



TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.



We offer some extra services, for an additional fee:

* Pool water heating ($35.00 USD per day, 2 days minimum)



ONLINE PURCHASE:

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.

Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

Some resorts may not accept them.

Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.



POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT

1-Cost: $35 per day.

2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.

3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.

4-Must be requested 48h in advance.

5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.



Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)



ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.
