Our family enjoyed our stay . It was nice and VERY CLEAN. And that means a lot to us . We stayed 9 days and we will come back and stay here again 😊 I would definitely recommend staying here .

The tv in one of the bedrooms did not work and the contact person would not come and fix it, the toilet in the same bedroom ran for a long time after flushing, the screened porch area was full of cobwebs, the kitchen area did not have a cookie sheet or spatula (basic kitchen utensils), the front door handle was was loose on the inside and rubber at the bottom of the door was missing, possibly allowing mice to get in? We love the gated area and location.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful time! I was originally worried the check in process and location would be an issue but it was very easy and convenient. The cabin was wonderful and still secluded within the community. My only complaint is there were only small trash cans and refills so taking the trash out was inconvient and there were a few light bulbs out. Overall a wonderful complaint.

The 2 master bedrooms both with whirlpool tubs was a perfect set-up for 2 couples and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the screened in deck and spent hours out there. The whole place was very comfortable and quiet. David was great to communicate with and driving directions and tips for check-in were very helpful. Highly recommend this cabin!

Place to Relax

This cabin the woods is a great place to relax and unwind from all of the things going on in the world. We had a nice quiet stay. The Host answered any of our questions promptly. The cabin is well maintained and all you might need. We will look to book again in the future.

Pretty nice cabin that was clean and nicely decorated with well supplied kitchen. Screen porch was nice. But deadbolt lock was broken, bbq grill not cleaned and full of ashes, one roll of toilet paper per toilet for a week stay, Wi-Fi unstable. Had to reconnect DVR player wiring to work.

Great Stay!

Everything about the cabin was great - it was clean, spacious, wonderful location, secluded, and serene. Our only complaint was the Wifi - the rental listing stated that the Wifi was spotty, so we expected it to not be great. But it was basically nonexistent. Since we were there solely for vacation and still had cell phone service, it wasn't the end of the world. But if you absolutely NEED Wifi during your stay (for work or something like that), I would say this isn't the best option. The owner did say they are working on a fix, so hopefully it'll be corrected in the future. Overall, this was a minor issue for us and allowed us to "unplug" a bit on our trip. Everything else about the house was great!

Huge disappointment in property...

We've been to Stonebridge Resort numerous times over the last 10 - 15 years, staying mostly in 2 or 4 bedroom cabins. All of our previous stays were booked through Stonebridge Resort directly - this was our first VRBO reservation/stay. The condition of the VRBO cabin was far and away our worst experience ever. Bath towels smelled moldy, and were discolored. Very large insects were found in the bathtub. (killed and left for your review) The dishwasher was ajar from the cabinetry on the bottom. The beds/pillows were absolutely horrible. A broken and uncovered electrical outlet on the deck, which is a clear safety hazard, unable to meet code. We have pictures to share if you would like. While we have always highly recommended Stonebridge to our friends and family, we will never book a VRBO at Stonebridge again. Apparently, Stonebridge Resorts direct has much higher standards.

We want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. In addition, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -This is disappointing to hear and we want to apologize for the negative impact this had on your experience. First of all, I have communicated with our cleaners about the bugs and towels issues. It is hard to believe, with all the people coming in and out over May, June, and July, that the towels had been sitting there and growing mold. Nevertheless, this specific issue has been addressed -Thank you for expressing your concerns about the dishwasher. We are actively planning to replace our dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and microwave within the month -I was unaware of a broken outlet; unfortunately, previous guests had not mentioned it and it had not been noticed after any routine walkthroughs. Thank you for bringing this to our attention as well -Until now, we have not received any negative reviews concerning any of the beds, sheets, and pillows. Though we respect all feedback and we will consider making improvements in that department if we receive similar criticism in the future We appreciate your valuable feedback as we continue to make improvements to this home and provide the best service for future guests!

Great place, no issues at all other than pretty slow internet. Pay attention to emails rather than the fridge printout on checkout. Better supplied than other stays I've been to. ( towels, tp, dishes) Community center clubhouse is very nice. they don't keep their internet site up to date. Currently they're closing at 3pm.

Peaceful getaway

The lodge was very cozy with everything we needed. Nice and quiet but close enough to everything we wanted. We really enjoyed this stay.

Great family cabin

This cabin was exactly the right size for us and it was very clean and comfortable. Would have been nice for the WiFi restrictions to not be there so we could stream from our Apple TV though. Other than that, great place!

This property is as described. Quite a distant from town. Issues with WiFi but contact person quickly resolved. No dish or direct tv. Only apps available.

Summer Branson Quick Trip

The directions sent by the owners encouraged not using our GPS, which we turned off in Springfield as directed. One of the highways in the directions was inaccurate and only after being 8 miles past Branson did we realize. Turned the GPS back on and found cabin. The highway -465- is not labeled as such physically (it is on GPS) the highway was labeled Hwy F and Ozark Mountain Highroad. The cabin itself was nice, clean and everything in the listing was accurate except the internet. It only worked in 10-15 minute increments and since all of the TVs worked off of streaming only (no satellite tv) we had some unhappy kids. There were several dvds to enjoy but only the workout video played with any reliability. There was no resort map, tried calling the Stone Bridge Resort front desk only to be informed that since they didn’t rent to us they wouldn’t give us a map. It’s a big resort that supposedly has 3 pools. We had to knock on doors to other cabins with towels drying on their decks to get directions and found only one pool. I tried a couple of times emailing the owners with the email address they supplied, they went unanswered. Also there was security guards asking for “amenity passes” which were not provided to us by the owners and since my other communications had gone unanswered and we were leaving the next day I didn’t try to obtain the passes. The security guard took pity on my crying kids and let us stay.

Poor management

Never had any internet or WiFi the whole 5 days. Numerous contacts with management who says he was working on problem, but NOT once did they come to property NOR would he answer my phone call! Would have loved to have had something for late evening entertainment for us or the small children with us! Guessing game on which network and given 3 different passwords! We were left to try to figure out for ourselves! House keeping didn’t arrive till 4:00 p.m. when we were to check in! Kitchen utensils and essentials lacking. Not one mixing bowl! Nice location, just don’t rent from this “management” company. He’d rather kick emails back and forth rather than address the issue! And yes, I quit communication on last day, after all I was on vacation and this was an absolute source of frustration for us!

Great escape

Beautiful little lodge tucked into the Ozark hills. Nice and quiet, away from all the business of Branson. Perfect for our family with kids, since it was just minutes from Silver Dollar City.

“Our Happy Place”

Definitely lived up to its name! Comfortable, cozy and convenient to all we wanted to do. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t available there. It was secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds but close to all the Branson attractions. We will definitely be back!
