Home Suite Home 2 berm & Office in the ❤ of N Shore

This is a bright, above ground basement suite, with modern decor.

A private entrance makes your coming and going seamless and easy.

The suite has a private 600sq ft outdoor patio. (Yard not included)
Access to a hose, if your a mountain biker that wants to utilize our amazing trails and a spot to store bikes.

Check in and check out times are flexible depending on how close other bookings are made. Please read check in instructions. You must check out before 11am. Please strip all the linens off the beds (including the duvet cover) place by the washing machine. That includes all the towels.
Please remove all garbage and recycling from the suite prior to checking out.
The bins are found on the side of the house near the front.
The bin with the gray lid is for garbage. (Remember to replace locks)
The bins with the green lids are for food compost (remember to replace the locks)
Gray box is for glass
1 blue bin is for paper and cardboard
2nd blue bin is for plastic, metal
Gray round bin is for bottles (all booze bottles, water bottles, juice bottles etc)

Linens for the Sofa bed are located in the closet in the living room. You can also find all the towels there as well.

I am always accessible via text with great restaurant recommendations and activity suggestions to get the most out of your trip to Vancouver.

If you are driving I have a designated parking space for you off street. But you are more than welcome to park on the street as well. If not we are right by a major bus route that takes you directly to Lonsdale Quay and the Seabus. This water bus takes you directly to Downtown Vancouver....approximately 30 mins. Once there, you can head anywhere.

For long term stays, we will provide enough household supplies (toilet paper, papertowel etc) for the first few days. You will be responsible for the rest of the stay.

To turn on the tv. Turn manullay (found lower right side of tv or use the black and white remote control to turn on ) then use the black remote and press okay...then you are set

The temperature in the house is always kept at 70 degrees. (Thermostat is upstairs)If you find it chilly there are numerous blankets throughout the suite. There are also 2 space heaters in the livingroom closet. Place one in the hallway outside the bedrooms. Place the second one in the livingroom but plugged behind the office door. These heaters draw a lot of power and if plugged in an outlet with other devices, the fuse will blow. If plugged on the same circuit, the fuse will blow. The fuse box is located upstairs and I will have to switch it back on. If you find it too warm, I will turn down a few degrees if you ask....

No gatherings or parties at the house. No one other than the registered guests are allowed in the suite or on the property. If more people are found to be in the suite you will be fined 200.00 penalty.

Lock the doors and windows when you leave.

Quiet hours are from 11pm -7am
A reminder that other people live in the house we ask kindly that drawers, doors and cupboards are gently closed instead of slamming them.

No smoking in the suite, on or around the outside of the house.

Make sure that all the dishes are done before you leave.

You must be at least 25 years of age to book our property and person of at least 25 years of age must be part of the people staying in the suite during the reservation period.
