Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Great resort, poorly managed property.

Review Title: “Great Resort, But Poorly Managed Rental”Reunion Resort is fantastic, but unfortunately, this particular rental did not meet our expectations. While the home was comfortable and the beds were clean, the overall cleanliness and maintenance were lacking.The carpets and couch had large stains, some walls had dirt and marks, and the shower heads were so clogged with calcium buildup that they barely worked. The bathtub fixtures also had heavy buildup, making it feel unclean. Additionally, some of the towels provided were visibly dirty, which was disappointing.The water had a strong rotten egg smell, which we understand can be common in Florida, but when we moved to a nearby hotel, the smell was significantly reduced—suggesting that better filtration could help.When we reached out with our concerns, the response was dismissive. They assumed we had already left and said nothing could be done. There was no real acknowledgment of the cleaning issues, even though our concerns were about the condition when we first arrived.Reunion Resort itself is an amazing place to stay, but in the future, we will be booking directly through the property rather than this specific property management team, as their responsiveness and upkeep were not up to par.

Family Holiday

Check in process was very smooth. The apartment was clean and tidy on our arrival with small amounts of items such as washing up liquid, bin bags and toilet roll to start us off. We had a problem with the front door one day (wouldn’t lock), but this was dealt with very quickly. The pool area was great for those non Disney days and was about a 5 min walk from the apartment. The apartment is a good 20mins drive to the nearest Disney Park. The only disappointment we had with Reunion itself was that the hotel shop closed really early so it you came back from a day at the parks and wanted milk (for example), you would have to remember to buy it on the way home, as there we no shops on the site. It would have been good if the pool was open for longer in the evening too (it closed at 5pm) as sometimes it would have been good to take an early evening dip.

Schönes Zuhause in Reunion

Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem kurze Wege zu allen wichtigen Attraktionen, Disney, Seaworld und Universal Studios - in Umfeld von 2-3km Walmart, Publix, Aldi und viele Restaurants. Margarithaville mit seinem Vergnügunsviertel in sehr kurzer Distanz - Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen - Reunion selbst verfügt über Weltklasse Golfplätze und schöne Wasserparks, wir haben dort schon mehrmals in verschiedenen Unterkünften unseren Urlaub verbracht.

Disappointing

The unit was clean & comfortable, everything looked like the pictures. It was walking distance to the water park, which was great. The unit was quiet and private, quite relaxing. There was no internet, at all. I called management when I checked in, because internet light was red on modem. I even unplugged it and plugged in hoping that would fix it. The guy who came out said it was the internet company’s issue. I called a few days in a row to see if this would be resolved and nobody ever came out, my entire stay (5 days), nor called me to follow up/offer a timeline. I left a day early because I had Zoom presentation to give and 0 internet to do it. Management didn’t seem to care. In this day and age, especially if it’s a vacation/remote work trip, internet is a must have.

Condo in Reunion

The condo is very clean and the beds are comfortable, with quality linens. I appreciated that there was small quantities of dish soap, laundry detergent and garbage bags provided for our short stay. Location is close to Disney and, restaurants and shopping. The only thing I would mention is that they need more dishes. There were only 3 cereal bowls and 4 wine glasses. Apart from that the condo is lovely.

Perfect Off-Property Disney Stay

We loved our time here! About 15-20 minutes away from Disney. Lots of room to spread out. The kids loved the water park on our off day! Great price for all you get!

Great place but policies contradicted

The resort was beautiful and the amenities were awesome. The clubhouse food was delicious. FYI, the kitchen items provided in the condo are very bare-bones, but fine. The disappointing part was in the contradiction between the Verbo cancellation/adjustment policies versus the Florida vacation home rental policies. I tried to shorten the trip by one day per the cancellation and adjustment policy is listed on Verbo, but was told by Florida vacation home that I would’ve had to make that cancellation within 48 hours after booking. So I ended up paying for a day that I couldn’t use.

Wonderful golf trip!

We spent the weekend at the Reunion Resort celebrating my husband's 40th birthday. The location was within walking distance to the golf courses and relatively close to other famous golf courses (Bay Hill). The condo at Whispering Delight was very clean and exactly as the pictures depicted. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had such a great time that we're already planning on bringing our kids there so that we can take advantage of the pools on the resort and to also visit Disney which is close by.

Fantastic location, great perks of the resort too!

The ease of check in was so wonderful after a long drive. There was plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with many utensils and cookware. Everything worked very well. It was also so wonderful having a good washer and dryer to keep up with laundry while on our trip. The waterpark was a blast! We had a tee time but had to cancel due to the tropical storm/ hurricane heading our way. I would absolutely recommend this place to other family and friends and plan to try and stay there for our next trip back!

Potential but Missed the mark

I’ve stayed in Reunion several times before. I enjoy this property but unfortunately, I was completely satisfied with this particular unit. The bottom of one of the shower curtains was filthy at the bottom (I had to clean it before use). Also another bathroom had a shower drainage issue and hair and dirt would fill the tub while showering. We did call management who came out to fix it within 24 hours but this should have been checked before our arrival- hence the purpose of the cleaning fee. The kitchen cabinets were a bit distressed and beat up with old food (maybe pancake batter) dripping in the front. My point is I shouldn’t have to clean or address plumbing issues on my vacation. Also, there is major construction directly near this unit. The beds were comfortable and the unit was spacious but there are numerous units on the property that are similar. This one needs just a little more attention.

We had a great experience. The resort itself offers it all but we were also very close to Disney. It was also not a bad drive to the Orange County Convention Center. We would definitely stay here again!

How the pictures are on the website, is spot on how the condo look like.

It was very easy process renting this condo. We even did early check in at the condo, that was super nice. Had a couple issues with condo, nothing to complain about. We stay here again.

Fabulous place to stay!

We loved staying at Whisper Delight. It was luxurious-3 bedroom, 3 bathroom for a reasonable price. Being within walking distance of the water park was so fun. The location was great for getting to Disney and Universal. We would stay here again! One thing that would be nice is to have shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and full roll of TP in each bathroom. It was a bit inconvenient to stock up. A hairdryer should also be listed so guest don't bring their own.

Great spot for Disney/ Orlando travelers

Great place to stay. Awesome location to the pool and water park. Wish there was slightly more supplies such as an extra roll of toilet paper or a heads up to purchase some. The only complaint we really had was that in the initial instructions it says you have to purchase a pool access card and after driving to the address listed we were told the office was no longer located there. We then drive to 4 different places just to be told all we needed to do was show proof of our stay with an email. (Which is a wayyy better and easier option) just sucked we had to waste almost 2 hours figuring that out. There were a few tiny things wrong such as a light out and the ice machine not working properly but overall nothing super frustrating. Great place to stay super awesome location and we’d love to come back one day.
