This cute holiday home has it all really! Well presented with 3/4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a fully enclosed rear yard which is ideal for small children and the added bonus of free Wifi.
The open plan kitchen, dining, and living are located upstairs and have easy access to the lovely decked entertaining area. Three bedrooms are all of generous size with the second living room able to convert to a fourth bedroom. This property is located on a nice quiet street only a few minutes stroll from the beach.

Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. It is a perfect place for young and old to simply relax and enjoy some quality time away together.

Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular in this area. There are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines. A 3-minute drive from Normanville is the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse, and restaurant. You can also enjoy a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.

Location: Two streets back from the beach at South Bay Carrickalinga.
Bed configuration: Sleeps 8 guests (3/4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) Upstairs: B1: 1 x queen, B2: 2 x singles. Downstairs: B3: 2 x bunks and 1 x single. B4: (This is the second living area) 1 x queen.
Bathrooms: Upstairs complete with a bath. Downstairs has a shower and is located in the laundry room.
Facilities: Open plan dining and kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric cooktop, oven, and coffee machine (Breville Espresso) complimentary wifi, bbq and laundry facilities. Ample open space car parking surrounding the property.
Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle to the main living room. Portable fans for all bedrooms.
Pets: Pets are negotiable
Fenced: Fully enclosed yard.
Special features: Close to the beach, patio alfresco dining, and boat parking.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets & duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets & towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
