Great place for a quick weekend get-a-way. Had everything you need. Only issues were the large parties at the BBQ area and the pool. Would stay again.

Excellent

This condo met our needs in every way. It was perfecrly located. It is close to the beach while also close to restaurants, stores, and activities. It was just the right size for our family. The kitchen was large and well equipped. It had a beautiful beach view. A few complaints- we ran out of hot water when all 7 of us (including 1 infant) showered after going to the beach. Also, the washing machine is very loud. And we had to restart the dryer multiple times to get our towels dry. Overall, great stay.

Our 3 night stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dishwasher had stains inside. Floors were dirty upon arrival, had to wear shoes af all times. Sink has a bad odor. Shower curtains kept coming off.

It was ok.

The place was alright, the balcony furniture could really use some updating. The 4pm check in time is a bit late for my liking, they don’t budge on it. Dryer took several cycles to dry anything, also could use some updating. There was a pest inspection at 9am in the morning one of the days we were staying. They came in without our approval and sprayed for bugs while we were trying to sleep, seems a bit unprofessional to have a spraying while the guests are there. Especially considering that check out time is 10am & check in is 4pm, you would think they could find time between then to have pest spraying. The TVs are also very outdated, only had cable & vhs player. The view from the balcony was ok but mostly just faced other buildings. Otherwise the stay was fine, we were usually on the go and not worried about the rental as much since we were busy.

Nautilus

Floor had beach sand on it when we arrived. The sliver thing at the front of the tub, below the faucet needed more attention to it when cleaning. It had mold on it. Other than that, everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location but unit need TLC

The location of the property is great and the heated pool was wonderful. The unit itself had numerous broken items. None of it ruined our vacation but it definitely needs maintenance. Overall would recommend on location to beach alone.

Front desk and maintenance was very helpful when we had our issue! Housekeeping could use a little work especially for the amount charged. All in all, very happy and stay again!
