Maison entière récemment rénovée. Très grand et lumineux simple, cinq chambres, trois maison de bain complète. Nouvelle cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils haut de gamme, de belles tuiles de porcelaine dans la cuisine et la salle à manger et 3 nouvelles salles de bains Pourquoi cramponnez-vous dans un petit condo ou une maison de ville quand vous pouvez vous étendre dans cette maison de 2800 pieds carrés? Nous avons l'une des plus grandes maisons de North Wildwood. La maison a une cour arrière privée clôturée ainsi que deux patios à l'arrière. En outre, il y a deux grandes salles de séjour qui peuvent offrir une intimité pour une utilisation multi-familiale. Il y a aussi un lave-linge / sèche-linge / stationnement dans la rue et bien plus encore. Cette maison est à voir absolument.

Great vacation

The house was gorgeous. The owners were easy to communicate with. Plenty of room for my large family of 8 kids ranging from 22y-4y. We usually squish into a house but this house gave us room to breathe, be together as a family and still not be on top of each other. Loved our stay.

This house is amazing. Clean, plenty of room and ideal location. You are only blocks from everything. Bars, beach, and great eateries all right there. We have just returned from our second Irish Weekend staying here and we had a blast. Thank you Noel !!!!!

Beautiful vacation

We loved this house, very spacious and bright, conveniently located near the beach (about 700 meters), the attractions and grocery stores. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, a park two streets away and the splendid board walk. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is air conditioned in each room, the back yard is agreeable, everything is nice and clean. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and hopefully come back for another vacation in North Wildwood. I also appreciated the cordiality and the prompt response of the owner.

overall it was fine

the pilot lite was off on the stove which allowed gas to get into the home. Apparently b the cleaning crew. So there was a "musty" smell for a few days until we realized was it was. My son in law was able to fix it. Make sure it is on after the crew leaves. Otherwise it was a great place. Sign us up for next year

My family and I have been renting this house for a number of years and have always had a wonderful experience. The owners are always very accommodating. The house is perfect for large family gatherings. I cant say enough good things about this rental and owners and recommend it every chance I can.

This year was our second time staying for Irish weekend. The home is spacious enough for us adults to spread out, yet provides space for us all to come together!! Plenty of TV's to accommodate everyone's tastes!!!

This house is the ideal house for a large family. It is huge with plenty of open space so there is no overcrowding in one room. There is plenty of space for kids, parents, and grandparents to relax. This house has two living rooms so everyone can relax and watch their shows on TV. The addition of an enclosed outdoor shower made things very comfortable when coming home from the beach. There is an outside patio to sit and relax and a huge grill to cook your dinner. What we most enjoy about the house is that it is located on a quiet street in North Wildwood with plenty of parking. The owner is friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our vacation here.

GREAT HOUSE!!!!!!!!!

I've been renting this property for the last 10 years and my family and I just love it!!! There's plenty of room for my large family (and plenty of TVs too so the kids can watch their shows while they're at the house). We are very comfortable there and the owners are very easy to reach (we locked ourselves out last summer and they took care of it very quickly). We can't wait to get back again this summer!

Great Place! I love this house!

I have been renting this house every year for the past 8 years. It really is a great place lots of room and it is not far from the beach or boardwalk! Cannot wait to get back down there this summer!

Fantastic Vacation House for a Large Family or Group

I've never written a review before, but I had to put in my two cents. I read the previous review and I am completely baffled. We arrived on the Saturday that they would have left. The house was in terrific condition and we had no problems with anything. Our family has stayed at this same house multiple times through the years and we've enjoyed ourselves every time. We'll come back again in 2013. The owner is wonderful and accommodates anything we need. The house is only 3 1/2 blocks from the water and a short walk to the boardwalk. It has a rinse off shower outside the house, so you never have to track sand or dirt inside the house. The furnishings are very comfortable and accommodating for our bunch (usually 13), with a family room tv (new flat screen) and another new one in the den. There are enough beds for everyone and some of us sleep on the reclining sofa or reclining love seat. I'm not aware of another house in N Wildwood with all of the amenities that this one has. It's a great house for kids and adults and is the kind of place that makes for new lifetime memories every summer. Every year there has been some type of renovation or improvement (furniture, tvs, shower curtains, grill, etc.). It's not a palace, but it is a great house for a large group at a great price. I recommend this house to any of my PA friends who want to spend a week at the Jersey Shore.

Many problems

Upon arrival, noticed that the property was not pristine as the neighbors. Entering the whole house was very dirty. Oh the house was clean on the surface, upon noticing the ceiling fans, lots of dust, cold air returns very dusty. The carpet was very dirty, would not let kids wear socks in the house, as we could wash their feet in the tub. The owner was unresponsive, no return phone call about the bathtub overflowing or the dirt. She finally did return our calls, and did get a plumber in. Not happy that deposit has not been returned and of course no response of any kind for her. The house was in great location, did enjoy our vacation. But would not recommend that anyone rent from her.

The tenant had called me before 8 am on a Sunday morning on my cell phone which was plugged in downstairs. They then called the emergency number for my work which is stated in my voicemail. I got a call on my home phone from my answering service and called the tenant immediatly. I then called more than 15 plumbers to get one out on a Sunday. I finally got one and sent them out right away. I also then sent out the cleaners as well on a Sunday. I was surprised with all the problems since 2 tenants before them had called me to tell me how much they love the house and want to rent again. These tenants were the last ones of the season, and I was not told of any problems before they were there. I responded right away and I don't know what more I could have done.
