The serene setting is perfect for soaking in the laid-back Keys lifestyle. There's an abundance of activities to enjoy in the Florida Keys, with Key West a mere 40 minutes away and Marathon just 20 minutes from your doorstep. Explore the local attractions, restaurants, and the natural beauty of the region. Should you require additional space, consider our listing for 'Prime Time 2,' as both sides of this duplex may be available, making it ideal for accommodating larger family gatherings. Your tropical paradise in the Keys awaits at Prime Time!



SLEEPS MAXIMUM OF 6 GUESTS:

IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:



Age & Occupancy: The booking tenant must be 25 years or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay. This property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and not for worker housing.



Peak Season Monthly Bookings: All bookings from December through March must be for the entire month, starting at the beginning and ending at the end of the month. Consecutive months may be booked if they follow this requirement. Bookings that do not adhere to this policy are subject to cancellation. If you are interested in alternative dates, please contact us for approval before booking.



No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. To help maintain a pet-free environment for all, we require every guest to confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and does not require creating an account. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.



Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a smoke-free environment.



Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.



Boating & Dockage Advisory: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking. While we are happy to provide general information based on our knowledge of the area, guests must exercise extreme caution when boating and ensure all activities comply with local regulations.



Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.



Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, and road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.

The home was exactly as listed. Any issues were quickly resolved. I would stay again.

Unit is okay

The decor is cute & the size was good for two of us. However this unit needs some updating. It was not clean when we arrived. I had to clean everything. The appliances in the kitchen have been upated & were fine. The washer constantly bounces out of balance. It is old. The screened in porch needs to be updated. It was very dirty so we did not use it. Windows are original & you can hear the outside noises & you can feel the wind. Neighbors & surrounding neighbors were very nice. The location was great. Lots of key deer & chickens. We will be back next year, but will not rent this unit. The host was great & itrip was helpful.

Liked the house. Great kitchen, big, new appliances. We struggled with the fire tv. The screened in porch was a disappointment. Old, uncomfortable, paint peeling furniture. Tina was great. She respond to us quickly. She was very helpful

Good Times On Big Pine.

Me and my wife had a really great time at prime time. Great location, we ran are inflatable all over the place. Ran to Sea Camp ,picnic Island and the furthest we ran to content key. Only a half hour to Key West by car went there three times during the windy days. We went to Islamorada and met friends one day also. Primetime was clean and a great place to stay for the month. This was our first big trip in retirement and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would love to do it again.!!!

Keys Ice Adventure

Photos of property are accurate. Very charming and well decorated. House is a duplex, but adjoining tenants were very pleasant as well as the surrounding neighbors. Refrigerator and freezer died five days into our 30 day stay. The managers brought us a small dorm style unit. There was an ice maker on the porch. The owner came with a used refrigerator four days later. Unfortunately, the ice maker in this unit did not work. The broken refrigerator was left on the back porch for the remainder of our stay. This event did not hamper our trip but definitely left an impression. However, this will not keep us from returning to the Keys.

Thank you for your review, Prime Time is very charming. We are sorry that the refrigerator/freezer died during your stay. Fortunately, there was a small dorm style refrigerator and commercial ice maker on the porch, as well as an additional small dorm style refrigerator we delivered the same day. The refrigerator was under warranty and the owner immediately called the warranty company and was able to schedule a service call for that Wednesday. In the meantime, the owner purchased and delivered a used refrigerator just in case the current refrigerator could not be fixed. This was fortunate, as you’re aware, because the service tech did not show up. The warranty company said there was a scheduling error and the owner was able to schedule another appointment, but not until the day you were scheduled to check out. We installed the used refrigerator and moved the broken refrigerator to the back porch where it was out of the way and the tech would still be able to access electricity to inspect the refrigerator. After installing the used refrigerator, you discovered and notified us that the ice maker on it wasn’t working, but stated that was ok because you had the commercial ice maker on the porch. The refrigerator was inspected and could not be repaired and will be replaced under warranty with a new refrigerator. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon.
