Welcome to our condo located on the 1st floor. We have provided you with just about everything you need to come and vacation at this amazing beach area. The condo is a few steps from the heated pool[winter use] & cool for summer, only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The complex has wifi throughout and a laundry facility. Shopping nearby/Grocery/Pharmacy etc...Restaurants and bars are walking distance. This is an amazing part of Florida that has so much diversity and a ton of things to see and do. We have also provided two bikes for your use to get around.

Cozy getaway

The studio apartment was perfect for a week at the beach for my husband and me. It was clean and very convenient to the beach. John was incredibly responsive when we had any questions and when a minor issue arose. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

An Absolute Gem at Redington Shores in

This property is such a wonderful place to stay . Stayed over Thanksgiving and everything was perfect . It’s an older property but so so clean!!!. So convenient to The beach , just a short walk across the street . This owner is so thoughtful and includes everything you need for Your stay . Honestly I could have arrived with clothes only and had everything I needed for The weekend. Look forward to staying here again and will Be telling friends about his gem for sure

Cute and stocked.

This place was great for my husband and I. The place was clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool was warm and clean and the walk to the beach was short and sweet. Kitchen had lots of stuff and so did the bathroom. Would recommend for couples or 1 maybe 2 kids. We would def. Go back.

Love this place

This was our second time staying at this condo complex. I can’t say enough good things about it. Our room was exactly as described. Super clean, the most comfortable king size bed and every amenity you could think of available. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. John the host is super friendly and available for any questions. Check in was easy. The park with a playground is right next door and nice for the kids. Beach access is very close making it quick and easy to get to. The beach is very private. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be booking again with John. My only recommendation is to bring a smaller car because parking is tight. We never had an issue with there not being a spot open, just fitting in a spot since our car rental only had a larger suv available for us.

Great value and great location!

Great location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, with a cross walk right near the condo. Beach is beautiful and not too crowded. Check in was super easier! The owners have excellent and timely communication. The condo had more than everything I needed. I wanted a place with a small kitchen and fridge. This worked out perfect. The unit I had was very quiet, which was my other priority. The courtyard is very cute and worked out great for me to work for a few hours each day. I would highly recommend! The only thing I would let others know is it is not completely updated. But had everything I needed and was comfortable and clean and a good value for the price. Thanks you so much! I hope to be back again next year!

Everything you could ever need!

I have never been to a property that was this well thought out. They had EVERTHING! Seriously THE most comfortable bed! Also so very clean and inviting. We had a blast, will most definitely try to book again if we come back!

We enjoyed the close private beach,playground,pool,provided beach needs, coffee,all kitchen items, beach towels….. even sunscreen and cell phone chargers! Loved the attention to detail! Clean, comfy and good price! Great responsive hosts!

Quick getaway

Nice property. It was cold so we did not really get to enjoy the beach or the pool (we walked the beach). We did enjoy the bikes the explore the beautiful homes in the area. Well appointed studio condo. Everything you'd need including towels, shampoo, sunscreen, beach gear etc!

Royal Orleans lived up to it's name

Small unit but perfect for two people. Best equipped beach rental we have ever stayed in. If you forgot to pack something don't fret, the owners have got it covered. Short walk to a very quiet beach. All and all, a great spot for our 34th wedding anniversary weekend.
