* 35 minutes from beaches. Near Cape Coral, Ft Myers, Boca Grande, North Port, and Sarasota. We are 1 hour 30 minutes from Tampa and 3 hours from Orlando/Walt Disney.
*A separate agreement from owner must be signed. Since we live in a Deed Restricted community there are certain POA rules that must be agreed upon. We email the agreement and it can be signed digitally.
* Note about pets: 2 dog maximum. They must be 25 lbs or under. Pet fee of $100 per dog per stay.
