This house was perfect for my husband and I to spend the Christmas holiday. The kitchen was well stocked, clean, comfortable bed, and great dock for our boat. The owners had clear and prompt communication. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Great property. Very clean. Everything it was advertised to be. Only deficiency might be the dock area. it needs a little TLC. Wonderful experience would stay here again.

Can’t put enough 5 stars!

Absolutely loved our stay, had to leave a day early due to hurricane back home on east coast, but enjoyed 4 of our 5 days and will certainly be looking to book next year and following years. House was perfect with plenty of boat/dock parking, and even a very convienant boat ramp 4 doors down. Short 5 minute boat ride to the springs and all the dinner spots. Can’t wait till next year!

Quiet and relaxing stay

First time renting a vacation rental. What a great experience. This place has everything you could possibly need. Owners have thought of everything except binoculars to watch the eagles soar. Very clean. Screened porch was amazing. Close to everything. Monkey bar a definite plus. Would definitely stay here again!!

Loved the location and convenience! The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Would be perfect for someone bringing or renting a boat, very close to springs. Private boat ramp in park. Photos do no justice. Appliances were updated compared to what pictures show. Didn’t see the roof damage as seen in picture either. Has a K-cup/full coffee pot combo (not pictured/specified). Very well stocked with everything we needed and then some. My only mild complaint was there seemed to be some sugar ants between the kitchen window and spice cabinet, but we didn’t use anything in there, so we didn’t let it bother our stay. I would stay there again!

Clean and comfortable. We loved the screened in back porch. Great location to kayak or paddle board down to the Spring. Saw lots of manatees! Awesome dock if you bring your boat. Has private boat ramp in the community which was a plus. Driveway was tight for truck and trailer but was noted in description that may need to walk trailer back up. Didn’t find a blender in the kitchen so bring your own if you want to make any frozen drinks! Had a great stay here!

The house, view and location was great! However, the inside was sub-par. Its nice that there are lots of towels and games and dishes, and the lanai was very nice to use. Unfortunately the outdoor furniture could use replacing, and we had to buy all condiments, and coffee. In other rentals we've stayed at, we had somewhat of a stocked pantry or fridge for items we could use, if we wanted/needed. However, the grocery bill was way more than expected because of purchasing everything from ketchup and coffee to salt. (I hated throwing out all the food at the end). The manager wasn't very welcoming or kind, and rather dismissive when I mentioned the maintenance issues. The paper holder in the bathroom kept coming off and the master shower was dripping. I couldn't turn it off, and it kept my husband up all night. After the maintenance man came the next day, it still wasn't fixed. It wasn't the best stay, but would come back if they did put a little TLC into the space.

**Perfect Getaway**

This is our third time staying here. We only live a little over an hour away so it’s the perfect long weekend retreat! We love the location of the house and the view is beautiful, especially at night sitting on the deck watching the moon over the water. My husband loves the the mooring whips and the convenience of the community boat ramp. House is always clean on arrival and stocked well. Host is very pleasant and responds quickly. We’ll definitely book again!

My husband and I are new to Airbnb. The host have great communication and instructions. The house was just as shown. The dock was amazing for the boat! Caught some catfish off the dock. Only one downfall is the master bed was a little uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping in the other room. Other then that it was a trip to remember!

Great Stay for scalloping

Nice location, dock is great. Private ramp is awesome. very clean, and nicely furnished. We even cooked here one night! Slight hiccup at check in but was able to call and it was corrected over the phone! Road is a bit tight for long trailers and large pickups. Great experience and would def stay again!

Plenty of room for two boats on a nice wide open waterfront view of the bay. Great clean house with everything you need. Screened porch makes the house even bigger. Stayed here two years in a row for scalloping and hanging at the springs.

Amazing Location!

We had a great time. The house was well kept and fully equipped. We were contacted prior to our arrival and given the entry code. Communication with our host was always instant. The mooring whips made docking the boat a breeze. The community boat ramp is right near the house and gets very light use. The neighborhood is enjoyable and quiet. Really it sits right in the middle of everything. We had fun fishing from the dock and caught a lot of catfish as well as a few stingrays. We saw manatees from the dock. We had a great time at the springs and local restaurants. Marguerita Grill is close by and was very good. Book it now. You won't regret it.
