Went 2 for 3 on Sunsets

Property as advertised. We knew a trip in April would not guarantee much use of the outdoor space but did get 2 out of 3 sunsets. Can imagine how lovely it would have been from the yard swing in warmer weather! Overall lovely home.

Lambeau Getaway

We had a bucket list item to visit Lambeau Field in Green Bay to watch the Packers play on the frozen tundra and our weekend stay delivered! It was cold outside but warm inside. Our stay bay shore house was perfect. A big thanks to our hosts!

Amazing views!

The house was amazing. Clean and tidy. Communication with the property manager was great. Would stay again. Only complaint i have which has nothing to do with the property is the street. There huge potholes leading towards the property. Overall 5/5.

Buyer Beware!

Upon arrival we noticed a large stain on the arm of a chair in the master bedroom. Didn't think anything of it until the day after we got home. The owner (in her words) accused us of leaving the stain of "dried blood or excrement" on the chair. Are you kidding me? Our advice: walk around the property and take photos of any stains so you won't be accused pooping or bleeding on their furniture!

Property was cozy and clean. The view was very nice and the bed was comfy. The rain did cause problems with the tv and internet but that was not the owners fault.

Amazing Relaxing Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent at the Bay House. The sunsets and outdoor fires made our stay extra special. The Bay House is away from the hustle and bustle and an easy drive to all the attractions in Door County and Green Bay. The sights and sounds of the lake in the backyard can't be beat. The communication with the host was outstanding.

Romantic getaway

When you pull up to the property it was very well maintained and welcoming. The house itself was perfect with all of the added touches, felt like home. The view is spectacular and it was very peaceful the first week of October. The house was very clean and the yard was kept up. I would highly recommend this for a couple or even a 2 children.

We are frequent Door County vacationers but had to be in Green Bay also so this location was a great to easily hit both spots. What a great view and comfortable home. We will stay again!

Wonderful!

My husband and I loved our stay here. We loved how quiet and serene it was here. It was very clean and has every amenity you could think of. The check in process was very easy and there was detailed instructions on running appliances and checking out. We loved starting a fire in the fire pit and watching the beautiful sunsets. Truly one of the best VRBO properties we’ve stay at. We definitely will be back!

Bayhouse Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Bayhouse! Our three year old loved playing in the water and the sandy beach, just steps away from the house. The sunsets were gorgeous. The house was very clean and comfortable. Don’t plan on doing any serious work while here, internet/signal isn’t great, but it’s a good excuse to disconnect and relax in this peaceful home!

I came here with my two kids for our short summer vacation. This beautiful cottage was perfect for us. I truly felt like I was in a retreat. I was so at peace and the sunset was incredibly beautiful.

Cozy space and beautiful sunsets as advertised!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, comfortable and quiet. The gas fireplace was wonderful to take away the chill of the unexpected low temps we experienced the first part of our stay. The view of Green Bay was beautiful, the sunsets picturesque and the pelicans completely surprising! I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Relaxing

The house is cute and cozy and the view of the lake is beautiful! It was very relaxing to have a fire at night and look out over the water. You will have to drive further North (Sturgeon Bay, Egg Harbor, Fish Creek, etc) to see the cute towns and restaurants.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Mary's home in Door County. The home is very cozy. It was perfect for three of us. The living room section has windows facing the bay. We sat there for hours looking at the bay. The kitchen was perfect with all kinds of utensils that we needed for the three nights of stay. We cooked a few small meals and it was easy. The beds were comfy. The road in front of the house is quiet and good for walking. Our stay was very peaceful. We spent more time at home than exploring the Door County. And, the sunset, incredible.

May 2024 anniversary stay

Property was clean and well maintained and accurately portrayed in the listing. The views and sunsets were fabulous. Property was conveniently located to stores for essentials and door county for exploring. Weather was an issue for a few night's and host gave timely and useful information on safety protocols. Would recommend staying here for another getaway

Perfect Packers Getaway

This sweet property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Clean, comfortable, and the waterfront view of Green Bay is so beautiful. It's an easy drive to Lambeau Field for the game. The fireplace kept us warm and cozy, especially after we spent the day freezing in Packer Stadium. The kitchen is nicely stocked and easy to use. We'd love to go back in another season.

Mike and Mary are the owners of this spectacular vacation rental. We were born and raised in Wisconsin and Illinois, but now live in the Phoenix area. Need something? Don't worry. Our brother lives nearby.
We are hosts for another premier property in norther AZ and have rented to over 190 guests on VRBO/Homeaway.

Once you get a look at the view you will know why we fell in love with this property. With it's waterfront beach location on the bay of Green Bay and it's mature trees, it is a dream location. We enjoyed the updates in this property and the beautiful wood flooring.
In the Primary Bedroom you will wake up to spectacular bay views. The location is so peaceful and there are walking trails all along the bay. Plus, wonderful parks nearby. Located in southern Door County and 30 minutes to Green Bay. This property provides a welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle of northern Door County.
