Great Thanksgiving Getawat

Our family of four spent four nights in this beautiful condo for Thanksgiving 2020. Well appointed with everything you need. Super easy communication and check-in with manager on-site. The only complaint was that the sheets don't stay on the king mattress real well.

Nice view but needs some upgrades

It was great to get into the condo early, but there were 2 addresses listed on VRBO to pick up the keys...404 and 414. So i had to walk to both places. 2nd issue was condo didnt look clean and housekeeping came 1/2 hour later to just make the beds. They didnt even put toilet paper in the bathrooms or bags in the garbage cans--but left us to do it. 3rd issue was the building was NOT secured. The beach gate never needed a code nor did the floors in the building. 1 time we used it and then after that, they just operated like regular sliding doors. The view is fantastic.in this unit, but it needs some upgrading and painting, including having the stove show you what temp you are using---all the knobs had been worn off so no idea what temp you are heating the top.

Thank you for your review. The location of where to pick up the keys is clearly given on the welcoming instructions which I sent you when you made your reservation. I will be contacting housekeeping and relaying to them the conditions that you found on arrival; this will be corrected because I strive to provide my guests with the best experience possible. The matter of the range is quite true; some of the markings have been wiped off by repeated cleanings. I’ve done research into remedying this situation, however the only possible option is to replace the entire unit though it is working properly. I will be replacing the range for this very reason in the near future. As far as building security is concerned, I have never heard of this problem before and will be contacting the homeowner’s association regarding this. Mar Vista Grande prides itself in providing owners and guests with the best security possible.

Better than the pictures!

My family & I had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful condo. Everything was clean when we arrived. We never had to call the property manager because we never had any problems with anything. It is a very short commute to several restaurants, shops & other activities. Or, you can just enjoy the beach & the multiple pools without going anywhere! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!! 😃

Ocean Paradise

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway with great views of the ocean, look no further. Our family of 8 enjoyed this property and all its amenities for the last week. From the moment we stepped on the property, to the moment we left, we felt like we were at home. This unit was absolutely perfect and had everything you could possibly need. Jorge & Cara were very informative, and quick to respond from day one. I have nothing but positive things to say, and 100% will be coming back!

Very nice property

My family and I really enjoyed this property. Everything was nicely updated and very well maintained. The kitchen was a little tight if you had multiple people trying to work in there, but it was very well stocked with anything you would possibly need. Overall, the room was clean, but I would not recommend walking around barefoot. The floors left everyone's socks dirty, but I guess that comes with the territory considering the constant battle with the outdoor elements.

Our family vacation at Mar Vista Grande Condo #1111 was a truly phenomenal experience. The condo was beautifully furnished and it wonderfully accommodated our family. With 3 large bedrooms and large living area our family was able to hang together when we wanted to and still plenty of room to find quiet time alone if desired. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms and bathtubs were top notch. The condo was in impeccable condition. The kitchen has everything you will need. The balcony dining table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs have been updated since the listing photo, it is a very nice upgrade. The adults in our family ate all of our meals on the balcony while enjoying the view and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. The staff and caretakers of the Mar Vista Grande are exemplary. The hallways, lobbies, elevators, and grounds are kept in immaculate condition!! We found the staff working hard each day, all day long, to ensure the cleanliness of Mar Vista Grande. A+++ The condo owner, Jorge, was very accommodating and very responsive to my messages. It was a privilege to stay at condo #1111. Thank you Jorge for maintaining such a lovely condo and for allowing us to live in such a beautiful place for the week. We will return again!

Beautiful Beach Condo

The condo was even prettier than the photos. It was nice and clean, has nice furniture and pretty bedding. The kitchen was fully stocked even though we chose to eat most of our meals out. The Mar Vista was a very clean property and had lots of swimming options. We enjoyed all the pools, indoor and out. The hot tub was also very nice and never very crowded. The beach access was a straight shot from the pool area which made it very easy. It is located a little far away from all the action but that did not bother us. Overall a very nice stay.

Best Beach Vacation in Years

This was a wonderful trip - with excellent spring weather and a beautiful place to stay. The pools were well used by our teen grandchildren and we all enjoyed the property, the pools and the beach. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and this was the perfect space to be oceanfront and near all of the best of the beach with a large condo to accommodate all of his equipment. We are planning another trip soon.
