This Single Family Home contains 7,719 sq ft of covered living space! This Exclusive Tierra Verde Homefront is located at the end of a Private Cul De Sac. The back Faces Boca Ciega Bay with an Extraordinary Pool & Outdoor Entertainment Area. The Pool is lined with Fountains, Topicals & offers a Boat Dock. The Guest Pool House is located in a separate building next to the Pool and includes an Ensuite Bath with Water Views from the Bedside. The Master Suite in the main house has a Private Entry and Sitting area Poolside.

With its 30ft high Sprawling Entry Ceilings, Chandeliers, Formal and Informal Dining Rooms, Fireplaces, Master Office Space and Uniquely Textured Walls it is Exquisite. The open Spacious Kitchen with Walk In Pantry, 6 Burner Gas Stove, 3 Ovens and an extra large Double Door Refrigerator/Freezer, is open to all rooms on the lower level and is a Chef’s Delight. A Spacious Upstairs Laundry Room makes for convenience for guests staying in any of the 3 Private Guest Rooms each with an Ensuite Bath. The Master Ensuite Bath on the lower level also offers a Private Laundry Room.

Parking for 7 vehicles, Kayaks & Standup Paddle Boards available for use, and a Full Size Professional Gym with Shower and Private Cabinets are merely a few of the special offerings at this Waterfront Mansion Estate.

A Billiards and Game Room off of the informal Dining area includes a Bar setting for serving, a refrigerator along with a Theater Room, Connected to Cable Only, lined with Reclining Seats for Entertainment. This room offers a Half Bath along with entry to and from the covered Poolside Entertainment area.

Tierra Verda Home was Fantastic!

We had our kids and grandkids, 18 total. House was amazing. Beautiful inside and out. Resort style pool was a huge hit. Game room with theater was a favorite of everyone. All the bedrooms were top notch.This is definitely one of our favorite places! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home on the water

We stayed here for a family reunion which included 17 people from young children to adults in their 60s. Everything went extremely well. The house was fantastic. The kitchen, outdoor area, and pool were wonderful. It is a very short drive to Fort Desoto Beach. One thing to note is that the lagoon was very shallow so it does not work to use the house dock unless your boat is has an extremely low draft. However, there is a public facility a couple of miles away that is great for putting your boat in the water. Overall I highly recommend it! We had no significant issues.

The property was truly amazing!! The views were spectacular! Words cannot describe how nice the house was with all the amenities. There were a few cons: The spa never really worked because of algae and being down. The pool water was murky upon arrival with a lot of debris in it. We lost all water in the house. The agency was prompt in getting someone there but the individual was not a plumber and it took until around noon to be fixed.

There was plenty of room and privacy and something for everyone to do and enjoy. The outdoor pool area was extremely nice and we even saw dolphins one morning. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The owner/renter was easy to work with and was quick on communication. I would definitely stay here again!

An expensive mistake

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Jacuzzi heater didn’t work. A/c to a sector of the house didn’t work. Lights upstairs don’t work. The floor is coming up in an entire section of the house and that’s a huge liability. Not sure how the house is allowed to be rented like that. Nice area, quiet and huge house. Managed to the ground unfortunately with very bad customer service.

Not exactly as represented

The main part of the home is beautiful. Pool beautiful. Kitchen fantastic. It is not steps to the beach.... It's a 10 minute drive to the closest beach and then about a 10 minute walk from parking to the actual beach area. 5 of the bedrooms are down in not a basement but lower level from the main house. Those bedrooms had very musty smoky smell and our kids did not want to stay down there so we had to improvise sleeping. Some things didn't work and we were told right they don't so dont us them. The media room only has cable so we could only watch whatever was on cable with commercials so the big movie night we planned with the grandkids didn't happen. The area has nice restaurants close and not far to drug stores or grocery so that part was great. We had a great time despite feeling somewhat misled.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We asked to check in early and already confirmed there was no one in the property the day prior to us. What we experienced was nothing short of rude responses letting us know (A) we would be charged by the minute if we check in early and (B) we would be prorated and charged by the minute if were on the property past 11am on the day of check out. Moreover, the cleaning crews hovered outside the house in the driveway and breezeway where our vehicles were parked and watched us load vehicles to leave. This was the rudest property management experience we have ever had- and we have rented in various cities many times. If we ever have a chance to speak with the property owner- we will share our experience with Tech Travel.

Reviewer Comments: Can't say enough about this house for our family gathering. 39 people were in town for a funeral. 15 people (couples and kids) stayed at the house with each having a great bedroom and private bath. Each night the group got together for dinner and catching up. Kitchen was well stocked with everything to prepare food. Frig in kitchen was large enough for all our food. Frig in bar large enough for numerous beverages. Pool/hot tub entertained the kids.Sunset each night magnificentMaintenance handled any issues quickly and pleasantlyOnly con would be the internet/cell service Would definitely use Tech Travel again, great customer service
