This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, including a stainless steel microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee pot.
In the master bedroom there is a king-sized bed as well as a TV with DirecTV access. Enjoy relaxing in the garden tub in the master bath.
In the second bedroom there is a full bed and a twin bed. There is also a TV with DirecTV access. Next to it is the other bathroom on this side of the unit.
The living room has a TV with DirecTV access and a DVD player as well.
A laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer are also included in this unit.
You can enjoy the view of the gulf from the private balcony.
There’s ceramic tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.


This unit is half of a bigger unit. It can be rented separate from the other side as a 2 bedroom unit or can be rented together with the other side as a 4 bedroom unit.

The condo was beautifully decorated. Even though we went out for every meal, we noticed the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Would recommend to anyone that wants luxury at a great price!

The property was exactly as listed. The unit was super clean and there were plenty of towels and linens. Tim and his team did an excellent job of communicating during our booking and check in/out. We will rebook for next year!

Great stay

The property was just as described. Clean and comfortable. Loved the view of the Gulf from the balcony. It's almost like having a private beach. Very few people on the beach at our building. The wooden walkway out to the beach made getting there a breeze. We'll definitely stay here again when on thisland.

Beautiful View and Quiet

This is a very clean condo with beautiful views! Plenty of kitchen supplies and towels. Chair and beach stuff available in storage room. Quiet and peaceful. Comfy beds. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this place and hope no one else finds out about it. The last thing we want is to watch rental prices increase due to demand. If you want to party, smoke and drink a lot, and hang out by the pool and act like a drunk fool, then please go to Panama City. This place is ideal for families with children. The beach is very clean and accessible. The heated pool at the Beach Club is a huge big thumbs up! It's nice having gate-access to the property so parking lot spaces aren't taken up by the wandering beachgoer. I gave this place a 3 star on the general condition because it would be a HUGE gift to those of use with families, like our family, if the boardwalk to the beach were to be extended past the dunes and onto the beach. We were there for two weeks and having to walk through the mucky water was gross and unpleasant. Last year my wife got bit by a big spider in the mucky water area and put a damper on her vacation time. So this is to the owners: PLEASE EXTEND THE BOARDWALK PAST THE DUNES!!! No one wants to walk through the mucky and nasty water to and from the beach! Also, if you can add a second shower/hose on the boardwalk it would be very helpful on very busy days. We heard from one of the owners that it is unsafe to prop open the gate onto the boardwalk. The reality is the gate's strut pushes the gate quickly back to close and thereby risking injury to someone's foot/leg (which has happened to me). Can you consider removing that gate? It's really useless.We've experienced the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. Manager Tim, cleaning crew, maintenance staff, the those in the office were always open for conversation, willing to help, and eager to solve a problem.

Thank you for your review. With all of the rain we have had in the past few weeks, there was water at the end of the Boardwalk when you were there. The Board of Beach Club is looking into extending it, but requires approval from 3 entities, so we will see how quickly it can be done.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th time to stay at the Beach Club. We stayed at The Inn once and it is also a wonderful choice. The Beach Club is very clean, quiet, and beautiful. Management have been very helpful and friendly, especially Tim. We had one thing to navigate before we could book the trip and Tim helped us solve it. If you want the best views, the 3rd floor of the Beach Club is the place to be (the 4th floor at The Inn has a higher viewpoint). If you want to walk-out to the pool, then go for the 1st floor. The elevator works quickly. The stairs are wide enough to accommodate and adult carrying several beach bags of gear for a family... did it every day for 10 days. From my conversations with other guests and owners, all the units are spacious with big kitchens except for the "B" units on the west and east ends. If you need something cozy and a bit smaller, then get a "B" unit. There is plenty of parking and the gates work efficiently. Be sure you give management your correct cell phone so you can receive the gate codes to your phone before you arrive. The only caveat I want to add is if you like to party hard and very loud, then please go to Gulf Shores. This is a great place for families, couples, and the occasional artist who can be inspired by the beauty. The walk to the beach is easy and refreshing. It's a bonus to have two pools cuz my son loves going back and forth. We will definitely return. Great place, great accommodations, and great management!

First year we were on the first floor and our view was a sand dune. This year we were on the third floor and the view was wonderful. The walk to the beach is very, very LONG. Was glad to see a sandbar had been added to deter sharks (??). Kids were able to swim in the ocean safely. Had not planned on letting them get in at all due to recent attacks.

Due to the storms we could not get through Alabama to get there. I received no response to email. I called the office and was told there was nothing they could do. I prepaid 1500.00. I asked to speak to the manager who was unavailable. He was to call back. I did receive a call back from original woman who again advised me there was nothing they could do so I am still paying off the 1500.00 even though we were not able to stay there.

Reviewer Comments: I really liked the large living area in Room 310.The beds are located down the hallway and then you have the large living room/kitchen that face out to the gulf.The two sliding glass doors to the balcony make for a great view of the beach.I have two minor items that could be addressed,the sliding screen door needs repair and wish the chairs on the balcony were more like bar stools so you could see better over the balconies railing.I have visited the island for over 50 years and stayed in many condos and really like the large living area and would recommend this condo.I forgot to mention that you have two doors to unlock to get into the condo which adds extra security.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been here several times the past few years and will return when we can. It's indeed the best secret on the Gulf Coast. If you are a partier, like to make a lot of noise, take your boom box to the beach and play music no one wants to hear, then this place is not for you. Go rent an entire house on the West End. If you like peace and quiet, if you want to see your kids having fun in the pool and on the beach, and if your idea of a beach vacay is to simply do as little as possible while making friends with those around you, then this place is for you.
