Absolutely beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath condo right on the beach!

This condo is the ideal home away from home for your whole family, a few friends or just the two of you. Come and relax with the sound of crashing waves rolling against the shore. Our spacious balcony is perfect for coffee and reading, breakfast, card games or simply taking in the incredible view of Orange Beach.
Master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen tv, private bath and patio. Other bedrooms have queen size beds and flat screen tv. Living area is spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf coast. Kitchen is fully stocked should you want to cook, grill or bake. Then belly up and gather around our large dining table.
Our unit is on the ground level, just a few steps from the front entrance of the Phoenix IV (unit 4015). Most importantly, it is just a few steps to the beach! In fact... there are 105 steps from our door until your feet are in the sand! YES ~ we counted!!

We had the best time at this condo! Host was amazing and everything was perfect! Best location with kids! Only thing I would change is the king size bed could use a new mattress. Would highly recommend this to others!

Great condo at Phoenix IV

Great condo!! Loved the convenience of not having to wait on the elevator to get to the pool/beach (one flight of stairs) also felt like the balcony was private even being so close to the pool. Being on the lobby level makes it very easy to move in/out. Hostess was very accommodating and responsive.

This was a very nice place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking. Lots of sleeping room. Very convenient on 1st floor but still had a great view. Owners were super helpful. Thank you!

Phoenix Rising High

Our rental looked directly out to the Gulf. Our first stop was the balcony, leaning on the railing, listening & watching the waves. The condo was quiet & had a well equipped kitchen. Each of the 3 bedrooms were located away from the front room which made it easy to rest. Parking was available & restaurants were nearby. I’d be happy to stay there again.

Nice for Our Family

We really loved being on the ground floor, especially with young children! Property was pretty clean overall, I think the cleaning crew could probably do a better job on the floors. Only thing I would mention to the property owners is the definite need to replace the king mattress in the master room. It is very worn and very uncomfortable. Overall great stay. The property has a lot of amenities to use as well!

Over all ok

The mattresses definitely need to be replaced. We went and got batteries so the tvs would work. The cleaning crew didn’t do a very good job. But the access to the beach was amazing!!!

The Condo was very nice except the only tv that worked was in the master bedroom. maybe batteries but not sure.I was disappointed that the parking fee was not put on web site. I have stayed in many condos over the years. I NEVER had to pay for parking. This FEE should have been put on the web site. Other than these 2 things the condo and Orange beach was very nice.

I’ve been hesitant to make a review. Yes the pictures matches what we payed for. It accommodated our group (2 couples in their 30’s with 3 kids each ages 7-1). Yes it had beautiful views and beaches. BUT the check-in process was more difficult than it should have been. The host “double booked” according to the front desk when in reality they had a parking pass under their cleaning lady’s name. This was just an unnecessary miscommunication that delayed us getting into our room, after driving 10 hours. However, I will say the front desk staff was a 10/10 and this wasn’t their fault. There was a used mop head left in the sink, sheets left in the washer and our feet turned back from just walking across our unit. Of course we understand things happen. But how many things?? We also understand this is the beach and there is a short cleaning window, we expected sand.. but our feet to be black?? Like I said, the cleaning crew left sheets in the washer, things happen, no big deal. I was going to throw them in the dryer and move on with life. When taking 6 kids to the beach (or anyone) you use a ton of towels. We needed to wash and dry a load of towels. But when I went to put those previous mentioned sheets in the dryer the front panel of the dryer popped off. When I messaged the host about it her response was “if you want to use the dryer, get creative”. Okay, we put a book under the panel to hold it up, and it worked for towels, but I was too nervous to wash clothes or swimwear.

Loved the location and our stay!

Property was very clean and was exactly what we were looking for to fit our family. We did have trouble figuring some things out as there were no instructions left at the condo for us. The views represented in the listing were not the same as our room views as we were on the first floor.

Great location!

We had a great time. The location was great with easy access to beach and pool. Just a few things that could’ve made stay 5 stars. There was no Patio table. The beach chair and umbrella were broke. Toilet paper roll holder broke, and could’ve been a little cleaner. However, The place was well stocked with utensils and bedding. Having washer and dryer was a life saver. Overall, great stay.

Great Location for Spring Break with Family and Friends

Overall, great experience with this property. It is located on the first floor so it became the hang out place for our family and others who we were vacationing with. Very close to the grocery store and other necessary stops! You are steps away from the beach which is a huge plus! Some of the other properties have a much longer boardwalk to get to the beach. Kids loved have the beach or pool as an option, plus the other amenities like basketball court, etc. Plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen and while this may seem small, we used the ice cube trays daily to help with our ice supply. The beds are soft, softer than I'm used to but we had good night's sleep. The dryer tended to take two cycles to get a load dry, so be aware if doing lots of laundry. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Good getaway

Property was a good fit for our needs. Ice maker is broken which was a bummer, and the washing machine knobs are very difficult to operate, but the condo was very functional as a home base. Owner was very responsive about an issue at check in, and it was resolved very quickly due to her quick replies. Would stay here again.
