Long Weekend

My wife and I and our three young children had a fantastic long weekend stay at Andrew’s condo. The location was great and made it very easy as we got off the ferry with our bags. It’s central to everything downtown which made walking super easy during our stay. The condo was updated and clean and completely met our expectations. Would absolutely go back for another stay.

Precious Space/Great location

Darling unit with an excellent in-town location. Andrew was wonderful to work with and so helpful. Parking was shockingly easy right by the gate. We were glad we had earplugs in the morning with delivery trucks coming to the restaurants in town, but it was worth it to be in that spot. Cannot tell you how ideal this was for us!

Great week on ACK

Great week at at great property. Property is located in an excellent spot, steps from the water in the heart of the town. Access was easy and the communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone from small families like ours (2 adults, 2 kids) or couples just looking for a great spot to explore the island from.

Amazing stay

This was our third or fourth stay at this property, and it is always immaculate. From checkin to checkout, everything went very smoothly. The hosts were responsive and the location was perfect for walking around town. We can’t wait for our next stay here.

Family getaway

My husband and I brought our 11,9 and 6 month old daughters to Nantucket and this property was absolutely perfect! The location is unmatched which made navigating town with our spread in kids ages so very manageable. We were right around the corner from great food, shops, drinks and marinas! Andrew was incredibly responsive and I couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our summer beach trip!

Perfect location for my visit. The condo is nicely outfitted and very comfortable. We walked and biked everywhere, no car needed. Beautiful hydrangeas & roses throughout the neighborhood.

A Wedding Weekend

Stayed here for a wedding - the unit was perfect. Walking distance to everything. It was clean well stocked and comfortable. It was a rainy weekend but didn't matter as everything is only a minute walk! Thanks!

Great property in PERFECT location.

There are many properties that are “in town” but none are more perfectly located than this. Just mere steps from the gazebo and ferry docks this location is perfect. However, despite being in the middle of town, it never felt too busy or loud. The property itself was ideal for my family (wife and two year old). House was clean and had every amenity we could have wanted to use during our week long stay. Great communication with the owner before, during and after the stay made it even more enjoyable.

Perfection

We had the most amazing trip! The condo was pristine and in the best location on the island - we were able to quickly go back and forth between shops, bars, restaurants and the beach! The host was unbelievably responsive and added some special touches that made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

I stayed here during a work trip that my sisters tagged along. The location was amazing. I come to Nantucket annually and have stayed only in town but this location was by far the best. We like to go out and explore and were able to be at bunch of places within minutes and if you forgot something at home could jolt back and forth in no time. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

Adorable! Great location

Perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Our teen boys liked having separate twin beds in the same room. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. (Towels, Chairs, Umbrella) Access to the washer/dryer was a must after the beach days. Andrew was a great host! We will definitely be back!

This place has everything!

Stay here! It’s such a perfect location from the ferry, has every amenity that you need, beds are so comfortable, and hosts could not be more kind. There is a teeny bit of early morning noise from the trash collection but we are early risers and this didn’t bother us. We were very very pleased. There were 4 of us staying and I think it was the perfect size for that many people. Thank you!

Perfect location!

This property exceeded my expectations! The location was so convenient perfect if you're wanting to stay right in the heart of town. Walking to shops and restaurants was amazing. You walk out the front door to old north wharf! Talk about beautiful. The property itself was stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach: cooler, chairs, beach towels! Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with our family.

Nice place but not for a beach vacation

The good: clean, renovated apartment, spacious, great location as far as getting to places in town (1-5 min walk to everywhere) The bad: smells a bit damp in the apartment, towels and bath rugs do not dry over the course of 24 hours so they are damp the next day. Same goes for bathing suits. If you go to the beach, the place gets sandy immediately. It’s a bit loud at night as well, since the apartment is right behind a row of restaurants. Pillows are rock hard, but some people like that.

Best Location in Town!

Such a stunning place with so many extras! Everything was perfect. You absolutely cannot beat the location. It was steps to all the shops and restaurants. The property itself was adorable. Very comfortable. The property owners were very responsive to questions. We would definitely come back to this property!

Amazing time

My family and I had a great few days in Nantucket and the Still Dock property really added to the experience. It was the perfect size for us with two kids in the twin beds and the baby in the room with us. The location is unreal! Steps from Provisions, the Gazebo, shops, restaurants… we felt like we were able to see it all. Thank you, Andrew for the perfect spot!
